This is the first time I was involved in a 1031 exchange transaction. My financial advisor recommended First American Exchange Company. Not knowing what to expect, I called the company and talked with Ms. Colleen Pham, Senior Exchange Officer.
Colleen was extremely thorough and provided all the information I needed. Over the next few days, she spent extra time to answer my questions related to the 1031 exchange and gave me detailed knowledge. Without professional and timely help from Colleen, there is no way the transaction could have gone as smoothly as it did.
From the beginning to end, over a few weeks, Colleen kept me posted on the progress and sent me emails explaining the next steps. I will definitely do business with First American Exchange Co., just because of the excellent service I received from Colleen Pham. Will very highly recommend her and the company.
