If I could give a negative rating, I would definitely give this store a -100. The manager went out too long for lunch and couldn't get any help from this. Until I got the parts from other stores, they did nothing.

Daniel, Mario, Tom, Mauricio, Cebastion, Jj and all the workers from the warehouse thank you very much! This is a super powerful team that helps me every day, answers my questions, finds the necessary equipment, prepares and delivers the equipment. I have been in business with Ferguson HVAC for the past 4 months, calling, writing and visiting the supply house almost every day and all the time I get all the help I need.Without exaggeration, Ferguson is an excellent company to do business with and the best team of employees!

I come into this store all the time and it’s great. Even with all the shortages I still get what I need with except of some stuff here and there. The guys are great very knowledgeable but when they aren’t they don’t pretend to be and ask another coworker for help. They do a great job here.

The crew at Ferguson/Air Cold Supply in San Jose are the best! From the manager Daniel, the front counter (Gustavo, JJ, Max) and everyone in the back warehouse - are knowledgeable, fast and easy to work with. Definitely my favorite place to shop at for my HVAC equipment.
