Refused Tap pay even though it's attached to my card. My card is lost and Tap pay is the only way I'm able to pay at the moment other than going to an atm and paying the fee to draw money out. UPS accepts the Tap pay. It's right down the street. Just go there. They track your package and everything just like FedEx, they just happen to be more convenient in their payment methods.

Consistently rude staffForgot to remove old shipping label from package. I was happy to remove it. But the guy at the counter was rude about it and snapped at me.This is not the first time.@Management : please see if you can help motivate your staff to be a little kinder.

Unfortunately - I dropped a returned cell phone off there that was intended to go back to Apple. I packaged it up in Apple's return container with their label and tape and just got a note from Apple that my box that they received was empty.I am calling shenanigans, either by the employees at this FED EX location or by the some member of FED EX who was intended to deliver my product. Very unfortunate and frustrating that you cannot trust people to just do their jobs and not steal. Whether an issue with the location or the Fed Ex delivery system in general, it reflects on the Fed Ex company in general. Review your people. Higher people with higher morals

Been here a couple of times and the review was definitely due. Amazing customer service defines this very FedEx store for sure.Shoutout to Manpreet and Yoselin for helping me with my printing and scanning queries. They as well let me know that I had a light color shirt on and that would not go well with the passport photos that I wanted to get done as well( with a change over of the shirt and few clicks the pictures were done as well )Julie helped with the final billing and as well making sure that I was preparing the package right ( had to superscribe stuff on the envelope etc) .It’s a good 10-15 mins drive for me but so well worth it given this FedEx office site has everything from printing, scanning , shipping , poster needs etc and some top notch customer service that makes me a customer for lifetime..Thanks to Julie, Manpreet ,Yoselin and co for everything that you guys do to make it an amazing experience for the customers!!

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews, but I've never had a bad encounter here. The people are always helpful if I don't have a printer to print a shipping label, were able to guide me through the self-service printer/copier the fist time I needed to use it, packed up items for me when I didn't have the appropriate materials on-hand, were able to explain policies and expectations when I was shipping things, etc.

I went to another location a few days prior to visiting the Blossom Hill location. I had to have pamphlets printed out for my sister's Celebration of Life. Many mistakes but I just had to deal with the mistakes and what was given because I was on a short time limit. Fast forward a few days later I had to make new pamphlets for another family event. This time I went to the Blossom Hill location and the nice kid behind the counter was sooooo halper and courteous and very patient with me. Helped me format everything correctly and got everything printed out in the matter of minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

They have absolutely amazing customer service. Everytime I have had great experience. They process the order before time and they would go out of thier way to make sure everything is perfect and upto your satisfaction. Recently I worked with Brenda to get a poster for my daughter's event and she so super helpful. Thank you for being in my neighborhood.

I came in to ship out a package and dealt with some of the worst customer service I've seen in a long while. The Palestinian looking worker named Abdo was not only unhelpful and apathetic, he also provided poor customer service among other customers not just myself. His face smirk of a smile was what set it off for me. There were various customers who needed help with the printing machine, shipping out packages, and questions about how to use the timed computer and all he did was kept the conversation short and didn't bother to take initiative to genuinely help. He, if anything, deterred customers from getting the help they genuinely needed. I was horrified that this location was once such a great location that was open 24 hours turned into this mess. The only redeeming quality that day was that I was graciously helped by Julie who was warm and patient. Please send help to this location.

Staff is rude and not knowledgeable. Went in to take a passport picture and the entire staff was super confused like no one had done this before. After an hour of them figuring it out and getting the photo, they couldn't connect their camera to the computer and I ended up having to go somewhere else. Just went in to ship a package (already boxed and labeled), asked where I could leave it and was floored at the rudeness of the guy working there. After two seconds of reading the instructions, he comes over and says "clearly you're struggling". Kinda shocked at how unnecessarily rude the folks working here are.

The most helpful Manager helped me print my postal labels when my mom-in-law's printer would not print! I made it to the post office and mailed my boxes. Thank you so much, you saved the day!

I went in to this store location and asked female employee how much would it cost to ship a laptop to the Philippines. I had with me the laptop in its special box. The employee weighed the box & informed me the cost would be $150. I returned a week later with same laptop in box & was helped with a male employee. After weighing the box, he informed me the cost to ship to the Philippines would be $500.00. When I informed him that a week ago another employee informed me that it would only cost $150.00. He said with a smile that the price was $500.00 now . I left the store very dissatisfied.I found LBC can ship same laptop in box for less that $150. I ended using LBC & shipped 3 laptops at different time & every time the price to ship was the same (under $150.00). I recommend using any other shipping facility other than FedEx.

Time for an update to my original 2013 review for the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center (apparently I never need to utilize their services). One thing I like about this location is it is a large open space and clean. You can purchase supplies, but if you are having FedEx ship for you, they provide padded envelopes or boxes as part of the service.Strong 4 stars based on my visit today. I needed to send a few items to Southern CA, Arizona, & TN. There was no line when I walked in this afternoon. I just walked straight up to the Pack Plus area where two people were working behind the counter. The young man at the counter answered my questions and helped me with all aspects of my transaction. I had the addresses written down on a Post-It and just handed those to the employee along with my driver's license for the return address. He had me confirm the information he typed on the terminal before processing, which was appreciated. I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times, as he was soft-spoken and mumbled, but other than that, I received very good customer service.
