“WE TRIED TO DELIVER”
…to the wrong address, which the driver proved by taking a photo of my neighbor’s house.
This is a regular occurrence.

horrible company, worst of the worst customer service. you guys tell me my package will be delivered by end of day wednesday, i worked from home to make sure i dont miss my package. of course fedex doesnt make the delivery time and reschedules for thursday, the day that i dont have off and i have to go out in the field. Fedex then leaves a blank slip on my door that doesnt say anything on it, no redelivery date, no where to pick it up. now i have to call and wait on the phone with that god awful automated system that doesn't understand anything, finally after 20 minutes of that garbage i can speak to someone that can tell me wtf is going on. i cant pre sign for my package, even though ups and usps i can. so now i gotta stay home again and wait for my shit to be delivered again. what a pain. never again, im done with fedex. horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are sending passports thru Fedex, you are at risk of losing it forever. I have applied for a Schengen visa with Swiss consulate at SFO and the consulate mailed my passport back to me using a self addressed label created by me. FedEx have held my package at San Jose facility for some undisclosed reason and instructed me to ask consulate to contact Fedex office to release the shipment. Swiss consulate is not ready to do that and my passport is stuck at Fedex office for no reason. Customer service is very very very rude and unwilling to help me with this deadlock situation. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL if you want to ship any of your important documents thru FedEX and would encourage you to STRONGLY consider other options.

This is the weirdest place, but apparently the only one that can accept certain packages. Only Ground though, don't forget Fedex is actually 2 completely separate companies (or more if you count Fedex Office and Fedex Shipcenters).
They are open from M-F 8am to 6pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm, and Sunday 8am to 10am. You need to call a number (408-952-2000) for entry into the building. Not sure why Fedex added a comment to google saying this location is not open to customers when it clearly is.
They do not give you a receipt upon dropoff. They will likely leave your package sitting for 2-3 days before it starts moving.

The drivers scam with not delivering packages is outrageous at this site! This has been the same for almost 2 years now. Nothing important should be shipped with FedEx. Not one timely delivery has been made to me.

The expected delivery times from FedEx are a big scam. They expect you to reschedule your work day multiple times for deliveries that always get pushed back or never happen. They will pretend to "miss" you when you are waiting by your front door all day. No evidence of physical attempts to redeliver, just automated messages.
This company has ZERO transparency, and it's impossible to get in touch with a human being in customer service. I'm pretty sure the San Jose hub is stealing packages!! BEWARE!

Driver said they attempted delivery but no one was home. I work from home and was home all day. Ring doorbell also didn't have any video of the driver.

They can’t deliver any packages when you call and tell them the information is correct.

I was referred to this location from a FedEx Office to return a electric scooter, the entrance to this was a bit tricky to find and when I did, the employee said I was missing stickers (that label the shipment as having lithium batteries inside.) When I asked if they can help me print and attach them to the box, the employee said they can’t and told me to go to another FedEx office that can do it.
It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that they would not do even the simplest thing to assist me. I would strongly recommend that you do your due diligence and research before making a drop off here, as the drop off employees here are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

It's a hard labored job, it keeps you in shape.. you work only 4 to 5 hours a shift.. but the pay is decent.

if i could give 0 stars, i would. it has now been MULTIPLE times where someone claimed to try to deliver packages but said there was an exception because the “business” was closed. first of all, i’m not a business it’s a personal residence. second, no one ever tried to deliver the package, they never even came by. third, my package did not require a signature so why would it be a problem if i was home or not? which i was home and that’s how i know they never came. im tired of this distribution center wasting my time because their supervisors don’t hold drivers accountable and are training some lazy (i know most are hardworking) individuals. i will be filing a complain formally through FedEx and naming this distribution center for their multiple failures in doing their only job: delivering packages.
