The service was very bad, I came a day before and they gave me a price, I came back the next day and they gave me a higher price 30 dollars more, how bad and apart from that the employee served me reluctantlyVery bad experience, I do not recommend this place.

All the employees there were polite and helpful. I went in with an emergency and they accommodated me beyond my expectations.The store store itself clean and organized. I don’t need to print things often, but my experience here left a great impression on me and I’ll be sure to consider this location for future printing needs!

Staff has always been helpful in getting my labels printed and picking out the right box to ship out some camera gear. Better experience at this location compared to some of the other ones I've been to.

I chose to pick up my package at this location, FedEx website shows my request was accepted, but this location kept rejecting my package according the FedEx tracking details, thus I cannot pickup it at all. And the hub facility never reached out to me suggesting to pickup there as well. eventually my package got returned to seller.

This place has exceptional service with a smile and attentive ear. It's the only fedex store I love visiting. We have been served by Carlos several times and he's made our day each time. Way to go Carlos

Staff is off very helping nature and friendly.Went to print some documents. They guided me through the process.Good written instructions on the charges as well.Price was also decent. Earlier I went to UPS, but found Fedex to be a little cheaper.Above all, print quality was 5 out of 5. Very clear and readable copies.Definitely recommend it for printing and shipping needs.

A particular employee named Alondra has an attitude when I attempted to ask for help, her demeanor is abrupt & irritated. I do most of my office needs here but this lady has behaved like this twice with me, hence, a review is in order. Most of the employees are courteous and show a willingness to help, NOT this one.

I had a great experience with the help I received from the clerks today. I came in to do my usual printing with the USB drive. The printer didn't seem to find the files on my USB drive. The clerk was able to help me print from his workstation. I was charged the usual printing price and no additional charges other than the tax because the printer wasn't working right.After it was printed, I needed to cut the USPS label. I didn't know how to use their large cutting board so I asked for help. The guy who helped me was wearing a Fedex uniform. He was likely waiting for the printers to be done so he offered to help me out. In addition, he helped tape my label to my Amazon return package. The Fedex store has changed. They cut down on the square footage but it was still spacious for customers to move around. There were only 2 printers and 4 computer stations. Making copies and printing are easy to do with the instructions on a sign above the pay machine. There are packing and office supplies you can buy and Fedex can perform printing services such as posters. You can find more information about their store online.
