Apparently scanning personal ID now for shipping regular, non-hazardous shipments for "security" reasons. Were not able to explain how they store and who they share this information with.

The service was very bad, I came a day before and they gave me a price, I came back the next day and they gave me a higher price 30 dollars more, how bad and apart from that the employee served me reluctantlyVery bad experience, I do not recommend this place.

All the employees there were polite and helpful. I went in with an emergency and they accommodated me beyond my expectations.The store store itself clean and organized. I don’t need to print things often, but my experience here left a great impression on me and I’ll be sure to consider this location for future printing needs!

I chose to pick up my package at this location, FedEx website shows my request was accepted, but this location kept rejecting my package according the FedEx tracking details, thus I cannot pickup it at all. And the hub facility never reached out to me suggesting to pickup there as well. eventually my package got returned to seller.

Staff has always been helpful in getting my labels printed and picking out the right box to ship out some camera gear. Better experience at this location compared to some of the other ones I've been to.
