The worst parcel service, I have been tracking a package for a month, which was sent from the USA and they tell me that it is detained in La Paz, and so they bring me every day saying the same thing and today I call and they tell me that the package was destroyed more ago of one month !!! They don't track shipments, we talked, we went to FedEx, and the worst courier service!!!!

I visited this center twice to attempt a return, the first time the retailer neglected to provide me a return label. The staff at FED Ex instructed me to return with a label and they could assist me. I returned the following day with the printed Label from the retailer. Typically other Fed Ex locations have provided me with a plastic envelope for free. Not this location, they wanted to charge me for a blank plastic envelope and would not offer a complimentary FEDEX one. I asked if I could reuse the original envelop, they declined. Don't get me wrong it was about the dollar they wanted to charge for a 30 cent plastic envelope. It was the fact that they did not disclose the charge in advance and did not offer any real solutions. Exteremely poor customer service and problem solving. I went to a differnet location and they not only provided me with a complimentary envelop for my shipment, but also offered and apology for the poor experience i had.

The employees are always super friendly and willing to help. Also try to help me with costs of sending packages to ensure I'm not paying too much. Never crowded either.

I regularly visit this FedEx Office and am blown away by the amazing service I consistently receive from Macy, Jayson, Ken, Nicholas and Kelvin. They are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make sure everything is smooth and timely. This is by far the best FedEx office I have ever been to and I am so grateful for the exceptional service I receive from them. Thank you so much for making my visits such a positive experience!

I've been to many ups stores, this one is the most friendliest and professional I have ever been too. They made me feel comfortable to leave my work documents with them for overnight shipping.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Was trying to locate a package that was delivered to this ship center. The staff initially had issue finding it but had quickly looked through the system and a couple places to locate it.

Amazing service! I had a presentation to deliver and needed to print out some documents for the meeting. I was flustered, but Kelvin was extremely helpful and patient with me. He walked me through the process of sending in the document to have it printed, and had the printouts in a manner of minutes. I'm extremely grateful for him in my moment of stress Thank you again Kelvin!

Very convenient location. Never busy and staff are always friendly and looking to help! Each time I come, I'm in and out in under 5 mins! Couple of things to note tho are that they only have 1 copy/print machine so you may have a wait if someone else is using it. Also, they aren't open on weekends so if you are expecting a package and have it held here, make sure you pick up during the weekday or you have to wait out the weekend.
