Usually I hate going into FedEx or UPS haha but today the manager was so nice and friendly. :) made my day less stressful and good to laugh. Great customer service!!

This place is a huge disappointment. My thumb drive worked when I went in. I was able to use the printer for a file and a new file wouldn't print. I should never have asked for assistance from the guy behind the counter. Not only was he unable to help, somehow my thumb drive doesn't work now and all the files have disappeared.

Absolutely horrible service. The employees are disrespectful, unhelpful and don’t seem to know their own policies. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different fedex.

Arrived here to deliver a courier to a visa application center. Took my time verify all the documents as I was sending my Passport. The middle aged brown lady at the counter was extremely pushy and rushed me into doing it. While I carefully packed my documents and was about to seal the envelope, she grabbed it from my hands and basically asked me to leave with "you are good to go" Hold on lady! what are you in so much rush for? If I was blocking other customers, she could have asked me to move aside for sometime while I did my thing. Without a doubt, bad customer experience! Never coming back here. They definitely need ro train their staff to do a whole lot better!

The ladies working there saved the day for me today. I came in at 12:30 with a bunch of handouts to print for a presentation at 1. I was struggling with the printer and couldn’t get it to print my documents, so they both started helping me. I got everything done just in time. They were very professional and friendly.

Customer service is not the best. The young blonde lady was passive aggressive against me for some reason. Not very helpful and answered my questions with a question and didn't tell me how much express shipping would cost. I already have enough anxiety as it is because my English isn't perfect but her attitude made me very uncomfortable and probably will never return here again.

I only frequent this location when not near my regular FedEx. I will no longer come to this location thanks to rude Mr. Otoo. I recycle boxes for my business & use these recycled boxes by the hundreds every single month. Mr. Otoo however advised me I can not reuse a box that has been already used even tho I use the specific box he was referring to quite frequently without incident. I was called to come pick up my package wasting valuable time I do not have to spare very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Old asian guy with glasses refuse to print my project. Gave an excuse that he was by himself, the printing station was close. when i told it will be a few paper he was ok but then i told i need 3 copies, he denied to help me right away. I arrived there at 6.30pm because i know there close at 7pm. He still refuse service. Worst

Sarah helped me printing pictures for a gift. She is one of the best customer service employees I have ever met, I would dare to say even one of the kindest humans I have ever met. She went above and beyond to help me, always with a kind voice and with a smile. She helped me print my pictures and later showed me how to cut them. She was kind to every customer that I saw her working with. She was an outstanding person that Fedex should make sure they keep around, because people that nice are a real asset to a company, and are rare to find in customer service roles.

Bad customer service, employees don’t assist you correctly and give attitude. Make you ask the questions instead of letting you know. Had a bad experience with a cashier.
