Went in to use the self service machines and was able to get my booklet printed with ease. But realized that I needed to have my docs spiral bound. The associate Sarah was extremely helpful and was able to get my order done in less than 30 minutes while I waited at s as coffee shop nearby. Had a great printing experience here.

I'm sending a package international. The fat lady assisted me, I told her i'am sending package international and i need a box. She gave me a box and told me it need's a bubble wrap to fill up the space. So she charge me $17. After i packed my item, I went back to shipping counter, and another guy assisted me and asked me how much is the shipping. And he told me it will cost $500. So I refuse to ship it. So what happen to my $17? It went to the garbage. 10yrs ago i worked at fedex office/Kinkos, we did good in customer service and became number 1 in the distric for 5 years.

One again this Fedex Branch disappoints. I was going to order 1 stretched canvass print to see what it was like in preparation for an order of 100 -- this is what happened to me today: 1. The guy gave me all the information I wanted after I showed him a sample from another supplier. Their rates were super pricey and but I figured I'd give them a chance since it might save me time on producing my order. 2. Some 'expert' millenial took over, Immediately I sensed a problem after I handed her a thumb drive-- she asked for the filename ( which happens to be 32 digits alphanumeric) so I asked her to show me a preview on her screen. I asked her to increase the tile size so we could preview the files. 3. She didn't know how to change the view and insisted I only had Pdfs in ther and a Word Doc. I insisted that my files were JPG and if only she could increae th tile size so we could preview it. She refused to do it or didn't know how. 4. I then went to their printer and spent maybe a $ 1 to print out my file as proof that it wasn't pdf and it was there. 5. She opened the thumb drive again and I asked her AGAIN to switch her view and I had to actually tell her right mouse click select large tile and lo and behold my files show up on the preview -- we were now 15 minutes into this. 6. She then wanted to charge me $ 7.00 to resize the file. I told her she didn't need to alter the file I told her to change her output settings to 'stretch to fit' (which does not alter the file-- you're just changing output). She said "that's not how it works in Fedex.". Well, I know exactly how it works because my company used to do all their printed materials in house. Since I told that this lady was "the best" I can only assume that it is Fedex's policy to nickel and dime their customers -- too bad Fedex, you lost a $ 3,300 order today and probably fifty times that in future orders. "The customer always comes first." is a mantra that MY own business practices and Fedex doesn't. They believe in "It will be $ 7.00 to resize your file." Go pack yourself Fedex, the Plant in San Jose. BTW, most of the 5 star reviews on this awful place are scripted fakes.

I had previously attempted to get my prints at some other businesses but wasn't having luck finding anyone who had what we needed. When I got here it was really busy and there was only one employee but she was fantastic at priorizing each customer and moving the line as quickly as possible. I made several separate orders and they were all handled exactly as I had requested them. The employee showed me all the options and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. When I 2as cutting the sheets in the back I noticed the same employee go above and beyond to help customers at the self service section and provided them with the option to pay a service fee for her to make the prints, which was very transparent and courteous to explain the options. This will definitely be my first choice for future printing services.

By far, one of the best experiences I've ever had with a FedEx print shop. We needed 2 large posters printed mounted to foamboard in a quick turnaround. Not only did Cynthia and the team deliver, but she went above and beyond by staying late to process the order and by emailing and calling when it was ready for pickup earlier than expected. I could not be more grateful for such kind and swift customer service. Thank you!

lousy place to send and make copies, and the employees have a lousy way of attending, as if you were going to ask for the things given away, by the way they charged me 10 dollars for three copies that I made, lousy service.

Brian is the greatest representative FedEx could ever hope to have. He is unendingly kind, helpful, and accommodating each time I visit. I know anytime I have a problem with FedEx that Brian makes it his own and always goes above and beyond to make sure things get taken care of to the best of his ability.

Print&Go system works perfectly. Takes seconds to have your documents verified and minutes to have them ready. I wish the UI on the printers were much smoother to use for multiple orders but overall it is great. Also, the tall gentleman that works there is very helpful and traits the staff members that are on training with respect, as far as I can tell, and shipping goes smoothly as well.

Rude service from the older woman here. I was refused service to ship my package because I don’t have an ID card. What kind of place requires an ID to ship something? The post office down the block never asked for something like that and they’re part of the government

My experience today at this location was below my expectations. Went for a passport photo for my 12 year old, and they told me they don't do kids! I had done pictures for him at a different location (Winchester and Hamilton), but the employee refused, claiming the camera would not center well the picture of a child. First time I hear such a thing. Totally unhelpful.

I had a package should be delivered today, it is priority overnight. I received an email from FedEx at 8:46am said the package was "out for delivery". Somehow I received a text message at 1:39pm said the package is pending for pick up. I was so shocked, the driver did not deliver, he even not knocked my door.So I called FedEx Customer Service, in the beginning, the representative said will request the facility re-deliverthe package today. He even asked me my phone number. 30 minutes later, I called again, since no one from the facility called me. But the representative changed their attitude and said this package no option for delivery. They even changed the travel history on the website. I could not see "out for delivery" anymore. I ended up picking up the package on my own since it is medicine.Do you have an express package that you need to pick up on your own, no delivery at all? This is so ridiculous! I will never use FedEx again!

I would have given zero stars if possible. The attendant was extremely rude and asked for documents I've never have to furnish at FedEx for sending out some mail. She even told me to go the USPS since it's cheaper and has less pre requisite documents in a very derogatory manner. Poor customer service!
