It has been more than 24hrs after i dropped the package with Fedex rep at this location, and there is still no update on Fedex website about my package. The guy at this Fedex Site printed a receipt for me that has a tracking number, but when i enter that number on Fedex tracking website it says: invalid tracking number. What’s the heck.

The manager, Logan, helped us out right after we called in and let him know why our packages are still there when those supposed to ship out a day before. He was able to solved the problem quickly and wrote an email explaining the situation to our customers.The guy that always helped us scanning the packages is really friendly and professional.Thanks to Logan and the other guy (so sorry that I forgot to ask for your name) for your help.

There was no person to help with shipping. It's more of a drop box site where you can drop off labelled small packages.

We are a small restaurant that needed menus printed and some to go menus as well. I took the existing menu and worked with Edwin, who made a recommendation that maintained the quality of the product and saved us a nice chunk of change, and as a small business we definitely appreciate that combination.

So I am a design student who needed a print job for an 8 page booklet for this design class that I was in. The first time I came in an hour before close, and they told me that I wouldn't be able to get the pages bound and cut because it would take too long. They told me to submit my document at 8 tomorrow and the earliest it would be read was 9. This is my first time printing something like this so I wasn't sure what was going on but I wasn't worried all that much, but I was curious because something like cutting paper especially with a machine doesn't seem to take long to me. I asked what kind of binding do they use? Like is it staples or something special? The tall boy at the counter was very nondescript and just kept saying "oh it's a specific binder we use." Lol okay. So I got my pages and before I noticed it the pages were all messed up when they printed front and back side they somehow messed up the page number orders.The funny shit happens when I came back a second time which honestly, it was the same people from the night before struggling to figure out how to print the document, but thankfully this time I had a manager come through to help set up the document the way it was supposed to be. Now here's the crazy part: even with the added time of manager lady helping these people getting it printed, bound, and cut took a whole whopping 30 minutes. So literally last time big tall guy just wanted me to get the hell out of the store. Then when I asked for my pages cut he kind of gave me a look of hesitation and then his manager in the back said "yeah we can cut it" and then he rolled his eyes and shrugged. This dude straight up didn't pay attention and cut into my page numbers. I don't know how bad and how much you can seriously not care about anything that you mess up cutting paper. They teach kindergarteners how to cut paper. How are you worse at cutting paper than a 5 year old. And to top it all off they charged me an extra 10 dollars from last time to "fix" my document even though I thoroughly glazed over the print file? Like what the hell man. Yeah 20 dollars to do a good job and 10 bucks to do the wrong thing good business.All in all, if the tall dude who doesn't know how to cut paper is reading this, I hope you know that it's okay to spend a little extra time doing your job right. You work at a copy print center any 16 year old could do your job. Or if you want a job where you don't have to think in the slightest there's plenty of cashier jobs. Oh wait they have to count and that comes after kindergarten.

The gal that helped me was friendly and patient and very helpful!. Less than a 5 minute wait during the holidays!! Prints came out amazing!

Do not go to this place for any kind of services. They are terrible. They are not friendly at all. They just sit around in the back area of the office away from the copiers and printer areas to avoid helping the customers. Stay away from this location.

I had to find a FedEx office that was open and the one at 1130 Blossom Hill Rd said it closed at 7 on a Saturday. So I rushed out and had to deal with crazy traffic, only to find: it’s a drop box INSIDE AN OFFICE MAX. I could’ve used any drop box anywhere, but your site called it a “ShipSite.” So, a waste of my time. I rarely use FedEx, but you didn’t make any points with me today. Thanks for nothing.

I don't recommend at all this location! Every time I go there it's always this bad service and I feel I'm doing a favor for them! They look at me badly and not receptive. I'd like to talk with the manager and see if the things could get better. My first time there was a nightmare and I went again because I had something to return and here go: bad service (twice)

Been here a couple of times and the review was definitely due. Amazing customer service defines this very FedEx store for sure. Shoutout to Manpreet and Yoselin for helping me with my printing and scanning queries. They as well let me know that I had a light color shirt on and that would not go well with the passport photos that I wanted to get done as well( with a change over of the shirt and few clicks the pictures were done as well ) Julie helped with the final billing and as well making sure that I was preparing the package right ( had to superscribe stuff on the envelope etc) .It's a good 10-15 mins drive for me but so well worth it given this FedEx office site has everything from printing, scanning , shipping , poster needs etc and some top notch customer service that makes me a customer for lifetime.. Thanks to Julie, Manpreet ,Yoselin and co for everything that you guys do to make it an amazing experience for the customers!!

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews, but I've never had a bad encounter here. The people are always helpful if I don't have a printer to print a shipping label, were able to guide me through the self-service printer/copier the fist time I needed to use it, packed up items for me when I didn't have the appropriate materials on-hand, were able to explain policies and expectations when I was shipping things, etc.

Printandgo print doesn't work when I want to print. Never gotten at code response and I tried both cellular and Wi-Fi service send the email. The store representatives tell me it's my problem but it's not cause my I've checked both my spam and normal folders.

Time for an update to my original 2013 review for the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center (apparently I never need to utilize their services). One thing I like about this location is it is a large open space and clean. You can purchase supplies, but if you are having FedEx ship for you, they provide padded envelopes or boxes as part of the service. Strong 4 stars based on my visit today. I needed to send a few items to Southern CA, Arizona, & TN. There was no line when I walked in this afternoon. I just walked straight up to the Pack Plus area where two people were working behind the counter. The young man at the counter answered my questions and helped me with all aspects of my transaction. I had the addresses written down on a Post-It and just handed those to the employee along with my driver's license for the return address. He had me confirm the information he typed on the terminal before processing, which was appreciated. I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times, as he was soft-spoken and mumbled, but other than that, I received very good customer service.
