I’m shipped a broken iPhone back to Apple last week and was just notified by Apple that the package was empty. Someone there must have stolen it. Scammers, beware!

I went there to ship a passport renewal application. The agent was very helpful pointing out that it was to a PO box and what options were available. She was able to enter all the information directly from the application making it very easy for me. Apparently they ship a lot of passport renewals.
October 2022
I shipped two new iPhones from this location last week. Phones where going to two different addresses and both were stolen. Manager said I was told the FedEx express is safer then ground delivery which is untrue. Sounds like trying to put it on me since I did not use express service. I will not use use this location again.
