Staff is somewhat helpful and friendly. Livescan is probably the fastest turnaround I've seen.

Poor customer service.The lady (appears to be of asian Indian origin) wasn’t helpful.This location is a fedex authorized ship center but when I came to ship a fedex package, she clearly stated that they doesn’t accept fedex QR codes at this location.Bummer, so I politely asked if she knew where I could find a location that would accept QR codes and she expressed frustration. She was arrogant,unhelpful and almost rude that I even asked that question.She was on her phone and had the least interest in helping me out and was clearly irritated that I bothered to ask her this question.The store was nearly empty at the time and noone was waiting in line so it was not like I was holding up anyone either.

The facility does not have barcode scanning facility. We couldn’t return any packages here.

I have used their service many times and they are always very friendly and helpful. The last time they accepted my USPS pre-paid packages when the post office was closed. By the look of it they had did this for a lot of people. They didn't have to take on this burden, because they aren't getting any payment for this service. Bravo to this business. Thank You :)
