First time I visited this store -- very competent sales people. I called the evening before to see if they had 2 inch stainless steel #12 screws - the salesperson stated they had it in stock. I told him I would be by the next day. He informed me that he would not be in, but would pass on my request to the person on shift the next day. Sure enough Dan knew I had called and immediately provided me with the screws. Better than the big box stores and Ace Hardware.

Best place to buy tools and hardware/fasteners/etc. In the South Bay. Nowhere else comes close to the selection these guys have and there prices on tools is 99% of the time better then home depot or lowes (and they sells tools and hardware you definately won't find at those or any other local stores). And customer service is ? and now there open Saturdays and Sundays so no reason to go anywhere else. Hope they stick around for awhile (a lot people I've talked to don't seem to even know about it....)

SIGNIFICANTLY better screw, bolt, nut washer etc. selection than any home depot I've visited. Very friendly staff, store is well stocked and very neat. Thank you guys!

A Tool's ParadiseSacramento-based small chain of six tool outlets located mostly in NorCal (with one location in Medford, OR) that deals primarily with power tools at discounted prices. The Good:*They mostly deal in Milwaukee®, DeWalt® and Makita® power tools*Some hand tools and leathermade goods*They will price-match internet prices (even Amazon)*50%-off tableThe Meh:*Customer service is pretty good for the most part, but a few of the guys are a bit lost at times. We had issues trying to order a replacement part more than once as they kept entering the wrong model number. The Ugly:*Store is organized but so packed with stuff it is a bit claustrophobic to walk around. TLDR: Great place to buy tools at discounted prices, but make sure you do some homework ahead of time to save even more money.
