Just went to fix my necklace i took it and went to the car I tried in the store I wasn’t sure so I went to my car and tried it in my car and I didn’t like the length I told the person there to fix it again please and he told me no and was very rude to me and not profesional at all. It was also really expensive so I didn’t though he will tell me no.
This is not how you react your costumers.

Denied my request getting ball park figure or an estimate for an average cost for resizing a ring over the phone! Insisted that I should come to store !! Not practical
Not client focused
Not professional

The employee Carlos is very friendly and passionate about watches, as he told me about how much of a good watch I had and helped replace a missing pin in my watch within a small amount of time. Plus, he made sure the time was correct and told me about how my watch is solar-powered, which I didn't know before then. We even had a nice chat about why he got into the profession by repairing his friends' watches in his garage. So I wouldn't mind seeing him again if my watch gets broken again.

Avoid this location.
Asian guy there would not replace watch battery even though I had purchased the lifetime warranty. I never bring the warranty card. I only bring the warranty purchase receipt every time.
I have used this same receipt to get the battery replaced for free at FF locations prior (including this one). But this guy would not accept my receipt or even open my watch to check the battery. If he opened it, he could have seen that it was a FF battery.
I ended up going to another FF location next day and getting it replaced with just the receipt, no card!

Visited this quaint store at Valley Fair Mall to resize and add a safety chain to my diamond tennis bracelet. Unfortunately, the interaction with the owner left me uneasy. When I inquired about on-the-spot resizing, he informed me it had to be sent to another location, a process taking approximately 5 days. Sensing my discomfort, he adopted a somewhat arrogant tone, emphasizing the business's longstanding history and claiming expertise with more valuable pieces.Pass. Opted for Kay's Jewelry across the way, finding comfort in the reputation of a larger company.

This past Saturday, I proposed to my now fiance but the engagement ring was a size or two too big. We were recommended this place by another jeweler in Valley Fair. We walked in and Tony told us he could have it done in 45 minutes, which was faster than we expected by far. I imagined there would be a queue and we would have to leave it there for a day or more. We came back 45 minutes and he had the ring ready for us. There's not even a sign that it's been worked on!

We had my Fiancée's ring resized today and Tony had it done in 20 minutes. My fiancée was nervous but Tony assured her that it was a simple fix, and she's beyond happy to finally have a better fit on her ring. Thank you Tony!

WATCH BATTERY REVIEW: Fast-Fix is one of those drop-in places located in many malls where you can get a watch battery replaced while you wait. They also have lifetime, and multi-year deals where you pay once and can come back any time during your warranty period to get free battery replacement. I remember buying the lifetime warranty many years ago at a mall in Sunnyvale. Fast forward about 10 years later, I find my old watch and decided I want to wear it again. I searched through every drawer in my house looking for my lifetime warranty card, but couldn't find it. Oh well, guess I'll have to pay for a new battery.Fast-Fix at Valley Fair is located next to Macys. It's pretty small, with display cases on each side, and just enough room for a single line down the middle. I came here on a Sunday and there's one person in front of me, and a single guy in the back corner working on a watch. I wait about 5 minutes and it's my turn. I hand the guy my watch and he looks at it for about 10 seconds and says $29.95. I say ok. He goes back to his corner, and about 2 minutes later he gives me back my watch, with new battery, and say it's free because of my lifetime warranty. Wow, they have it on record! Really impressed by their record keeping and their honesty. And obviously this guy knows every watch on the planet. I don't know about their jewelry repair, but for watch repair, this is the place.

Awful place! I brought my ear-stud for repair (glue together), and they cropped the 18k white gold rod and return it to me saying it’s the original one I brought in. Refused to admit that they stole part of the gold.
