Horrible experience we've been working with farm's for 30 years and every since Monica has taken over we have had problems first they were double charges one for me one for my husband every time I call to make adjustments to my policy it takes weeks to get anything accomplished with them I will be shopping around for a new policy it's a shame I can't get reasonable service

My family and I have been with Monica since 2009. Throughout the years we've had to make adjustments on our policies for the simple reason of "life happens." Monica and her team are very good at what they do and they can make any interaction between insurance carriers and clients a pleasing and comfortable experience. Please read this and do not get gouged like I did. So I've been with this Farmers team for a few years now and casually happened to check Geico a few weeks ago for competitive rates and discovered it was literally LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE than what Monica and her team was charging me per month (yes I made sure it was the exact same coverage so it was apples to apples). I don't care if it was intentional or "a mistake" or just plain laziness not to see that my rates were ridiculously overpriced according to the current market....this is just bad business and you all should know about this if you are either a current customer or a prospective one.
