I contacted Freddy to get a quote to see if it was worth switching from my current carrier. Freddy took a LOT of time to understand my needs, to clearly describe what service he could offer (and the cost/benefit tradeoffs), and even gave me advice on what coverage I should change if I were to stay with my current provider. I was really impressed by the level of service and care Freddy provided to me as a non-customer. I did not end up switching due to cost, but would happily contact Freddy again for any future insurance needs. He seems like someone that would provide excellent customer service. Thanks, Freddy!

I am so glad I left Geico after 5 years and nothing but bad experiences. Freddy is why I made the switch! So far it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Freddy made sure to explain all of my options and give me the best coverage that fits all of my needs. When I told him about a unique feature in my car he even made sure I had the right coverage for that as well. The number one thing I was looking for in switching was an agent that I could trust and that didn’t give me some generic policy that would end up leaving me under covered for the sake of being the cheapest. If you want a thorough insurance agent that you know you can trust then Freddy is your guy!

I met Freddy at a business to business mixer. He said let me look at your insurance and see if you have all the coverage you need. I thought it can't hurt. I showed Freddy the front covers of my personal insurance as well as the master plan for the condominium complex where I am live. What he found was that my personal insurance was all pretty good coverage but the complex where I lived was grossly underinsured. Since then I've had occasion to refer some of my clients to him. My clients have called me back and thanked me for introducing Freddy to them. He was able to get them to advise them on their insurance needs in a way that their current Insurance either couldn't or wouldn't. In addition, Freddy holds a yearly review of your insurance and life needs. If you find you need something, he has a wealth of people to refer to you. If you want a hard-working very good insurance agent who will help you get from where you are to where you want to be, you need to see Freddy.
