I am disappointed in how the insurance is handled due to the fact there are many people involved and no one really knows what is going on. You are paying fees that you are not told about until you are charged, the billing is inconsistent and it's hard to get things resolved quickly. Policies are combined when they should be separated, so you as the customer can understand what you are paying for instead of calling them for clarification you are left confused. I caution you to not make any changes to your policies you will be charged another membership fee, which is unnecessary, and you have to stay on top of to make sure your changes are correct. I have only been a customer since June 2021 and things started out good, but since January 2022 it has not been such a good experience, hope to get everything ironed out soon.

This location is a joke! Worst communication skills. It's like his receptionist work together but don't talk. I can email one a document and a few days later another one will ask for the same doc. They sent me to collections over a $41.00 bill that I never got they have my email and my phone number. Tony's remark was he has insufficient funds according to his Credit card company haha ya okay my limit is beyond what I wanna max it out to. I use this card for corporate business it is never insufficient. Stay away from this place.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. He and his office committed felony identity theft against myself and forged signatures in my behalf to start a new insurance policy and raise my rates. This man should not only have his license removed but also jailed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ALSO if anyone else has had a similar issue with this agent please message me. I am trying to collect more victims of his.

Excellent agent! I've been with Tony for many years, maybe even 10 years. We speak occasionally and when he isn't available the staff is ready to service any of my needs. He's always guided me in the right direction with my multi coverages. Over these many years with coverage, every time I've needed them they have been there. I really appreciate that when I call there is a familiar voice that answers.

I had Anthony as my autop insurance agent for a long time. Couple of years ago, I switched to Geico, got better rates, good customer service. Anthony called me a year later to persuade me to switch back to Farmers. He asked details of the policy and promised better rates for similar coverage. He was very persistent calling me every day. I agreed and signed up. Later, I realized that certain coverages were not on par with what I had with Geico. If I had taken those, Farmers rates would have been same or more. I cancelled and kept my Geico service. The whole process talking with Anthony through the switching experience left a really bad taste. I felt that he wasn't very honest and just wanted me to switch back at all cost. His staff is good.

Tony called when I was looking for new insurance and Farmers has far exceed any of my expectations. When I’ve needed them they have been right there and taken care of everything. Tony and his staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and above all friendly!!
