Thao helped us even though I booked the wrong dates TWICE. We were allowed to check in early rather than sitting with our luggage in the lobby. Entire staff is so nice and breakfast was great. Wish we had friendly staff like this in my city! Thank you so much.

Overall a good experience, but for some reason using an hdmi port on the TV is nearly impossible. If you plan on working remotely from the room don't rely on the TV as an additional

Loved the amenities, very spacious bathrooms, and the onsite staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Shout-out to the Assistant General Manager Richard. He was very professional and helped me resolve a situation with kindness and grace. The staff here are top-class.
