I am so impressed by the quality of coaching at extra hour. Cathy and Randy have done an amazing job assembling a team of experienced coaches who focus on all aspects of player development from skating and stick handling to strength training and plyometrics. Our seven year old son has participated in the treadmill training, on-ice lessons and fake-ice group lessons. He has loved them all. Since he's started, we've seen major changes in his skill, confidence and attitude in general. Cathy and Randy are very hands on making sure players are connected with the appropriate coach and class based on their needs. They are very responsive over text and email. The client community is wonderful too. Highly highly recommend!

This spot is amazing. Not only are they the only hockey trainers to call me back out of 6 I contacted. Every person I meet down there was helpful! Great with my kid.I just love this spot! Go sharks!
