The lady on the evening shift has a terrible attitude and customer service. They lack organization. The first room they gave me had the blinds out of order, they moved me to another room and to my surprise, it seemed like someone lived in that room, there was food and bottles everywhere. One of the keys they gave me didn't open the room. I stayed in that hotel because of the proximity to the airport, but I would not return to that hotel next time

Rooms smelt bad first one was so bad I had to wait by the door for new room but breakfast was great the femail working in breakfast was Hella beautiful so overall if it wasn't for breakfast idd never go bjFood & drinks: Great

I just stayed at this hotel last weekend I had a emergency and left a day earlier had to leave my things in room since the room had another day on my reservation I figured my things were safe in the room. All my belongings were stolen from me 3 laptops 2 duffle bags of clothes and work boots vacuum cleaner all my wife's stuff including personal items house keys and more. I talked to the manager he said he knows nothing about all my stuff being stolen. And when I asked to speak to house cleaners who cleaned the room and the manager got upset and said if I came to talk to housekeepers he would call the police for trespassing. I really think he personally stole our things and doesn't want the maids to let us know that the manager stole all my stuff. I can't believe how unprofessional an untrustworthy these people are are they will steal from you and not think twice about it. I wish I would of known that this hotel were nothing by lieing thief's .

UNACCEPTABLE...THE PICTURES THAT YOU POST ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT TRUE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND ITS NOT FAIR.I TRAVELED ACROSS COUNTRY AND WAS SCARED FOR MYSELF AND MY SON PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE ONE NIGHT I STAYED HERE. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY HOTELS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND THIS IS THE WORST EVER.THE ROOM HAD HOLE IN WALL. BATHTUB WAS PEALING. THE TOILET WAS STOPPED UP AND ONLY ONE PLUNGER FOR THE WHOLE HOTEL. PLUNGER WAS WRAPPED IN PLASTIC AND DIRTY. THE CART TO PUT YOUR BELONGINGS ON I HAD TO GIVE MY ID BECAUSE THEY STEAL THEM OR DO NOT RETURN THEM. THE WHEELS ON THE BACK DO NOT MOVE. THE BEDDING WAS SAD. THE SHEETS AND COMFORTER NEEDED TO BE PUT IN GARBAGE AND NEW ONES PURCHASED. THE GOODWILL AND BIG LOTS HAVE NICE SHEET SETS FOR VERY LOW PRICES.THE DOORS AFTER 11PM ARE KEPT WIDE OPEN FOR ANYONE TO ENTER. THERE IS NO DESK HELP UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. UNSAFE AGAIN.THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED TO REFLECT THE REAL LOOK OF THE ROOMS. SCARY SCARY AND SCARY. FUTURE POSSIBLE RESIDENTS PLEASE BE WARE.I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND ATTEMPTED TO GIVE THIS HOTEL THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT.I WOULD RATHER SLEEP UNDER A TREE WITH THE RODENTS AND RATS.YOU KEEP SAYING ON REVIEWS THAT YOU ARE SORRY AND AM CORRECTING ISSUES. ALL LIES.PLEASE FORGIVE ME BEING BLUNTANGEL

This hotel is the Top ONE of the grossest places I have ever stayed. When we checked in at the first day, we saw couple set of kitchen frying pans and some dirty bed sheets left on the hallways floor Together! And no one came to clean up until next day evening. I never seen and stayed like this kinda dirty hotel before. Also, when I woke up on the next day, I saw my left side of body and legs found itchy and some red bump and welts. It looks like BED BUG bite! I took some pictures of the hotel environmental where they didn’t clean and just left all the things on the floor and where I got bite pictures. I wish I could show you all the pictures because you would definitely not wanna come and stay.

Just got cussed out over the phone by the general manager, Gary Gandham. Applied for a job and gave an interview. Couldn't get a hold of him for 3 weeks. Then he tells me to apply for a part time instead of a full time position. Couldn't reach him for another week and a half. Then he tells me they went ahead with someone else. When in conversation he made it seem like everything was good and we were just waiting on processing paperwork. I referred to him as 'brother' over the phone to which he said I'm not your brother. Which just made the conversation take an unnecessary turn. I then told him I should call him a piece of shit instead of brother. lol. To which he said ' fuck you mother fucker'. Every time I called over the span of about 4-5 weeks Gary was either on lunch or not in that day. The company really needs to check his hours. This guy is out here scamming them and they don't even know.

This is my favorite hotel. I love having a kitchen in the room.It's a very well run hotel with nice, helpful staff.Very safe, clean and peaceful.

This was 1 of the grossest places I have ever stayed. Coming into the parking lot, the garbage cans were over flowing. There was condems and tampons/ pads out in front of the building on the ground. There was garbage bags and plastic cups on the ground. The hallways were filthy, they look like they had not been vacuumed for a month. There was dog food, trash and garbage bags on the floor in the halls. What really pissed me off, was it was like this when I came in and not 1 person did anything to try to clean this property up even before we left. They should fire the manager of this property immediately. I have some great photos and videos, I wish I could show you them because you would never come here!

My wife and I stayed here and we were both very happy with our stay! I ended up working that night and my wife slept amazing that night! No problems at all! Staff was very nice and friendly as well! We definitely plan to stay here once again in the near future!

This place is disgusting. The only thing decent about this place was the front desk person. Whoever is the manager of this place should be fired. The halls were full of garbage and I don't think they vacuumed the floor in over a month. I have a video but can't load it. There was tampons and condemns out front on the ground with lots of other trash. The worst part is they never even picked up any of it. Stay far far far far away from this gross place.

first time staying here it was easy to find the entrance and the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful, only complaint is a few of our towels in the bathroom had some gross unknown stains on them but everything else was nice and clean. the TV screen moves if you want to watch movies in bed or while sitting on the couch, very roomy refrigerator and kitchen area as well as a spacious desk to use for work, makeup or anything else you could use it for. I'd like to stay again for the price and comfort.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed at and I stayed at hundreds of hotels let me tell you why I checked in got to my room went to go sit down on the bed the bed fell to the floor and broke so then I got up thought to take a shower went to take a shower and the water was off. So then I proceeded to call the front desk grab the phone and the line was cut to the phone when I woke up excited to take a shower maybe the water was on it was still off waited until past checkout time for it to turn on so I can get a shower before I was late to work went downstairs talked to the manager Gary and he told me there's nothing he can do for me I was flabbergasted I went there to sleep couldn't do that shower couldn't do that use the phone couldn't do that also the remote for the TV was not in the room so I couldn't use that either when I asked about these things I was told there was nothing they can do and to have a nice day once again I recommend this hotel to nobody not until Gary the manager knows how to properly conduct customer service to any guest not just me I watched him and observed with him on a few guests he's rude and he has no clue how to run a hotel I will never stay there again and I hope this message spreads horrible experienceRooms: Basically nothing worked in my room the phone the shower the TV the bed were all not working or broken and never did my whole stay the only thing that worked were one of the lights and the kitchen stove light and the air conditioner everything else was a disaster and to top it off the manager Gary there said there was nothing he could do for me as he charged me full price for my room and told me to have a nice day jaw dropping experience I recommend this place to nobody whatsoever horrible place

I just needed somewhere to sleep wish I woulda read the reviews first off someone else had the room then assigned. Second I get a room and it's dirty no cable couch all torn up hair all over it. They did nothing about it. I got the room with family and had to sleep on the floor it was cleaner then the couch. I rather stop here just wish they could gave me a better room.
