Great tasting halal kabobs. The chicken kabobs are my favorite. The store is also clean, friendly, and well stocked for all your Persian/Mediterranean international food cuisine needs.

Hours listed on yelp say they close at 7 pm, we stopped by on our way back to Sacramento, and arrived there at 5:45, to find the store to be closed. So it was not even 6pm yet, and they were already closed. The hours on their door said they close at 7 pm as well... so I don't know how the market is, but I do know the hours aren't reliable so call before trying to visit.

We got Kabobs and warm food from Etminan Market and OMG the ground chicken Kabobs were absolutely delicious, good rice and also the stews (Fesenjan and gheymeh bademjan) was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back for more!

Tried their goat chops today, very good quality of meat. Truly fresh. It's a very clean market & they custom cut the meat.

We won't be shopping there any more because in the past few months they've raised their prices so much. They're 40 to 50% more than the other stores nearby. They also don't have the big selection they had before, I wonder why. Their center is crappy. Access to the center & parking is very challenging. They're next to a bar with weird drunk people hanging out in front of the store. At the moment the bar is closed but when they reopen it'll be the same thing. Chuckee cheese on the other side is closed as well & it looks unsafe in the back. If they don't adjust their prices, they will loose a lot of customers.

The owner doesn’t care about customers satisfaction!I got a pack of ladyfingers and didn’t check the date when I opened at home figured out it was very hard and dried and produced more than 2 years ago!When next time told him and even showed him the other packs, he didn’t care what I’m talking about! No returning money even no excuses!Friends told me that the prices are higher than other stores, Seems that he likes money

I choose to go to Etminan market because it's organized and clean. The type of meat sold at most middle eastern stores are used for traditional cooking therefore upon entering the store you might sense a strong meat smell. Edward has organized his store strategically so the weather elements such as sunlight and the temperature difference from the door staying open doesn't affect certain products such as bread. I don't remember ever buying moldy flat bread from Etminan Market. This store can be pricier compare to other stores, but the cleanliness and the quality of product worths the extra money. In my opinion he kitchen tools and accessories sold at this store provide higher quality and upper class feeling. I absolutely love the Hispanic lady working at this store, she's super kind and I love having conversations with her. Wish everyone at store would have a nice attitude. There's parking spaces available in front of the store and in front of Chuck E. Cheese.

Etminan Market seems to me a very clean, organized, well managed market. The prices are a bit higher but the quality of products looked better too. I will recommend this marks to friends.
