The washer doesn't work and even though the person in charge ( Thapa)he knew but he still charges you for the premium wash and when you ask for a re wash he will ask you to come back the next day and when I return the next day the cashier said that it's being not working for few days and to call next week to check if it get fixed, so I washed my car at the classic car wash and got their membership because I'm not going to drive a dirty car during the weekend ,finally I'm trying to wash my other car and he wants to argue why I'm driving a different car, excuse me you want me to wait to the whole weekend to clean my , and scream not fear, it's not fear to charge and you know your machine is not working, sonI asked for money back and he said no money back and put a code for the cheapest car wash, while I paid for the premium, but that's only because he's a cheap ass .

Unfortunately, this place is taking a turn for the worse. Are used to come here for car washes, but I've given them a couple of tries lately. First I paid for a wash and I got the wrong one when I drove the vehicle in. Just today I washed my car again to give them one last try and the car wash didn't spray down my car. It's soaped it down and then gave it a little trickle, despite me having washed my car there many other times and know that it should be a pressure wash. I went in to tell them that it wasn't working and ask if I could either try it again or get a refund. They took me into a back room to show me where you can clearly see that my car did not get pressure washed and the person told me that it's because I selected soft touch. It doesn't make any sense but basically my car is covered in a layer of soap and they wouldn't do anything about it. They basically said yeah that's the way our wash works. It's not a cheap car wash so if you're looking to get your car wash, I suggest you go someplace else. I will.

Came here to use the car wash and ...it did not do a good job. The dryer barely blew the water off and I was left with water smudges and need to take it to another spot tomorrow.

This chevron station has good gas and if you shop at safeway you can use your rewards and get 20 cents cheaper gas!

Most efficient and friendly staffs with a good customer service. I wash my car almost 3 times a month keeping it shiny always. Strongly recommend this place.

Amazing customer service, came for car wash and the machine was not working but the store manager Pamela came and helped and it was smooth after that. Just followed her instruction and everything was fixed. Thank you Pamela

Update- Ran into the manager who I previously wrote a review about. She was a lot more friendly today, I don't think she recognized me. But overall it was the customer service I should've been given the 1st time around. I gave 4 stars because two of her family members have sent threats and have harassed to me via yelp. Hopefully the owner will address that.

I use to go other gas station but an emergency situation I went to saratoga chevron, I am very surprised the workers are really friendly and helpful. I am definitely coming back to this store. By the way restroom are so clean .

One of the better gas stations , I try to use a route that goes by there on my wayay when I know I need gas. Nice well organize snack shop. Very Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms.Sometimes struggling with there car wash but they come out and help right way .

Really bad services, you cant get your receipt from the gas pomp, you have to go inside so I wen inside and looks like the owner I asked for my receipt and He acted in a rude way come on!! Is my receipt. I didn't like it at all their services.

Use their car wash and I followed the directions. I entered the car wash and it it was putting soap on my car. Then suddenly it stop which I waited 1-2mins. I had to drive off since there is no way u can't get out. They blame the customer that they didn't follow the institutions. They ask for my name and number for what?! They instructions said wait until the car before is finish and then put the code. It doesn't specifically say when they are fully done from the dryer. Make clear instructions!

I was there for the car wash and i had issue inputing the numbers.i was having a hard time.i was happy there was a gentle man who came in and asked for a help.i asked his name and he was Mr.Ravi,what a geneune guy, came in with wonderful smile and helped me.he did even offer me a coffee.wonderful experienced.please do ask Ravi,if there for any question.

I was at this chevron a week back and tried to fuel up my car ,for some reason the pump that I was in wasn't working and I kept trying it for so long,I also asked a cashier to help me out but the cashier was somewhat busy and couldn't help me while I was stuck there for so long,and the manager walked in towards me and asked me if I needed any help ,I explained him the entire thing and he helped me ,not only that he saw my car and also offered me a free car wash to make me feel good ,he was such a genuine person ,he even offered me a cup Of coffee. I was very impressed,it's good to see that people like him still exist .

I was there to fill air on my tire but it was my first time ever doing it and I had no idea how to. I requested a cashier to help me but he said they were not allowed to. I was stressed how to make the machine work but then the manager named Ravi came and he verbally told me all the steps and made sure he stayed there to watch me do everything correctly. I was able to fill the air on my tire by myself which I didn't know I was capable of. Thank you Ravi for going above and beyond to help me.
