“I have been going to guru Electronics to have stereos installed in various cars over the years. I usually knew what I wanted and would sometimes even bring in systems that I have purchased already for installation only. I've also had systems uninstalled on cars I was selling . this past week I went there with the hopes of installing a powered sub into my vehicle. I didn't know what I really wanted and they helped me decide and did an amazing job with the installation. "I did want anything too permanent " I don't typically write reviews, but I honestly feel they went above and beyond to take care of me and show me awesome customer service. i also caught a sub that was on a weekly special so the price was awesome!!! Thank you guru electronics!”

“My experience at USA Best Buy was a smooth sailing, I loved the fact that unlike Apple store they have a model and sample of almost every Bose, Beats, Sony headphones I wanted to try on with competitive pricing. ie, I wanted to try Beats Solo 4 and compare it with Studio Pro which Apple store only had a model of studio Pro, also Apple was selling the Beats solo 4 for $200 wherease Best Buy was selling it for $132 (i know this price was the discounted one but even their original price was a tad cheaper than apple store).”

“Target has never been known for its speedy customer service, especially on weekends. Coleman Ave Target has done a few things to improve this. Self check out is 10 items or less, and there are 3 x the cashiers working on registers. Even though this target is literally 3 corners from my home, I drove to Santa Clara for months, because their store was clean in front, and the employees were attentive. Today there was an exceptional young man named Sage who was working in the return area. He was kind, very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was curious why I didn't receive my $10.00 off of health and beauty products. I spent more than $40 on them. Apparently there are only certain health and beauty items that count towards the $40, and out of 14,347 items that count, some of the things I purchased did not. Can you believe Kleenex doesn't count? Not the ones I bought, whatever Ugh, it was a process to say the least to figure out. I'm pretty sure Sage knew what the issue was, but he showed me, item by item, in order to help me understand. He was very patient and kept a smile on his face throughout. I love Target and have been a customer since it opened on Hillside Ave more than 30 years ago. Today, on a busy Sunday morning, I felt encouraged, rather than just a body in a long, long line of bodies. Thanks to Sage. 5 stars for Sage!!”

“Wow, after going to the WORST T-Mobile store ever (17th & Hamilton )
I walked into this SUPER FRIENDLY , Helpful store.
I was greeted and waited on very quickly. Though the store was very helped me to buy the (almost) the cheapest phone they have .(I lose/break phones ALOT) John waited on me. He took a lot of time transferring my info out of my broken-down phone . It wasn't transferring, and he just kept plugging away until it all finally did transfer.
Every one who works there is friendly and helpful. Unlike t-mobile @ 17 & Hamilton, who act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.
Thanks so much for you help and concern , as well as getting me out the door with a functional phone !!”

“Been going here for 4 years now, a very clean target with lots of inventory. I would recommend going to this place for very good customer service and clean bathrooms. Also friendly staff at the Starbucks inside. The only downside about this place is that it's always busy. No matter what the lines will start at the cashiers to the cosmic Isle, so it's a bit crowded inside most days. But 100% would recommend going here!”

“I like this location because it’s conveniently placed in a nice part of town in the sense that the shopping plaza has a good variety of stores, and is located near a park. Most of the time it’s pretty well stocked aside from the popular items being out of stock sometimes (which can be rare); also the staff are helpful, and the products are in good condition most of the time on the off chance that I don’t find an associate, or another customer has opened a package.”

“I love shopping at Target, especially after Halloween when they have amazing deals. I always scan the items to make sure they are really discounted. I got some stuff for 90% off! This store is not the best though. The front part is messy and crowded, but it gets better as you go further in. The weirdest thing I saw was that they had locked up the men's clothing, but not the alcohol. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone steal a shirt or a pair of socks? I wish this Target had more stuff in stock too. Sometimes I can't find what I need.”

Currently, their cheapest plan gives you unlimited calling, unlimited texting, and 2 GB of high speed data, all for $30/month. “I went to Target and there were the cutest Valentine's gifts and accessories. I wanted to buy all of it. There was such a wide range of products (from candy to cookware) in the Valentine's Day area. I really enjoy the other products they have as well. This varies from food to skin care products. There were a lot of people today at Target(but it's a Sunday) which is reasonable. Also, sometimes the products at Target can be higher than other stores. That is a con for me. I do think that even though Target can be a bit pricier than other stores, it has great pride in its products and wants to make sure each customer gets the best value. Overall I had a great trip and will be back!”

“I understand that most people will want to come here and leave a bad review after a bad experience, but few will do so after a good experience. I totally get it and have thought of doing that myself on many occasions. Having just sent in my 5TB Easystore for warranty replacement, I was very worried after reading these reviews... but I needn't have been. Yes it sucks that my drive failed after almost 2 years, but it was still under warranty by 2 months. How to find out? Enter the serial number on WD's support website to check your warranty period. If it's within warranty, register the product. Next, submit an RMA ticket and provide all the requested information including retailer, purchase date, and a copy of the invoice. They will approve or disapprove the ticket, and if they approve, you will receive an RMA number with instructions for sending in your unit for replacement. I opted to purchase WD's discounted UPS shipping label (~$3.50 for a 2lb package), then dropped it off at my local UPS store. You have 30 days to send it back after you open the RMA ticket. Label the sides of the box with your RMA number. These are all instructions you will find on WD's website, just read everything thoroughly and carefully. The shipping took 2 days, and they received it on a Saturday. On Tuesday it showed as received; on Wednesday it showed as shipped. They even include the serial number of the replacement unit on the RMA ticket when they ship it. I received it on Saturday. The whole process was 1 week start to finish. The replacement drive looked brand new, and S.M.A.R.T. diagnostics show it had only been powered on twice. I didn't have to speak to anyone or call anyone. I didn't have to fuss with the shipping except to purchase a discounted label from WD, and there was no charge for them to ship the replacement back to me. Overall, it was a painless, smooth, and swift experience. WD did honor the warranty in my case. I'm not pro- or anti-WD, I'm just sharing my experience.”

There is a Starbucks store right across from this target but we go the extra mile to get our coffee at this target Starbucks because of the nice baristas here .
