Today, while I was on my way home, I had the pleasure of running into one of your drivers which almost caused an accident. He was busy texting while driving in the middle of two lanes without using a signal. Meanwhile, I was using my signal to indicate that I was merging into the right lane, which was hard to do since he was driving in the middle of both lanes while texting. I rolled down my window and let him know that he almost crashed into me, and that I would be writing a yelp review since the company wouldn't answer my call so here we are. The kind, sir waved me off, and proceeded to laugh at me as he drove away, showing no remorse. Very professional while representing the company truck, Which clearly he didn't think I was going to look it up on yelp. Below, I have pictures of the perpetrator take a look and beware for this crazy driver guys. I noticed you guys have two locations and since I don't know which location he works at I will be leaving a yelp review on both of your companies pages. Thank you. By the way, this happened on University Avenue in East Palo Alto/Palo Alto overpass.

I'm taking my business elsewhere. I've been dealing with these douchebags for a year now and every year the sales reps Jose, John, and everybody else got their foot so up their dick no check that not their dick my dick. Whenever I call and place an order I swear they're not even writing it down. They don't even give me a call back when they say they are or I get hung up on or they get the order wrong or there's always some kind of little easy detail bullshit that they miss. They might as well tell me to go fuck myself so I can move on but they don't even have the common courtesy for that. Fuck this place.

Don in the lighting department really went out of his way to help me with a complex issue I was facing. He said he would help, and he made good on that promise. I truly appreciate his willingness to help, responsiveness, and professionalism. Don was the only person from 3 or 4 different companies asked for help that actually cared enough to help on a complex, but small issue. Great work by don and Edges Electrical Group!

I was happy with the service and material selection and stock on hand that I needed. Unless you're a customer with an account though, prices are fairly steep. Being a contractor, I wasn't given a very good discount on parts.

Today I went there to buy a Southwire 5 gang Multi-mount Adjustable Depth Device Box. They happily charged me about $43 for this box. I went online and this same box is selling for $14.28 at Home Depot and Amazon. Edges Electrical Group will rip you off if you don't know the market prices for the items you need. I won't give them any more of my business and I recommend you stay away as well.

THE MOST EXPENSIVE ELECTRICAL SUPPLIER IN THE BAY AREA- only come here in the case of emergency as you will get absolutely wrecked financially paying 2x to 4x market value for every single thing. A box of machine screws is 32 dollars. The people making g the prices must be smoking crack

Went to the site to pay my bill. It won’t remember my routing number or my credit card and makes me enter 17 friggin numbers and complete address just for starters every month. Who is the bonehead that does the IT? Is it that difficult to retain? I’m told it might be just when accessing by mobile, but doesn’t everybody? Makes it extremely inconvenient. Everyone else has it. I don’t always happen to have my bank numbers or credit card numbers with me to regurgitate. I’ll have to do the process over again when I have time every month. I’ll pay it someday next week when I get out my card numbers or checkbook etc. Other than that, great service!

I've been going to ED for years. I'm just a maintenance tech and people are shocked when they find out I'm an electrician too. When I need parts that I can't get at Home Depot, this is the place that has them. My only complaint is that they are not a nursery school that can hold my hand and tutor me and answer all of my stupid questions. Nor are they able to provide on-demand support and pricing information for me when I am bidding jobs. However! When it comes to being a first rate wholesaler and supplier, they can't be beat!

Horrible customer service, the worst. I went in to get LED lighting for under my cabinets and I was hoping they could tell me what parts I needed. They told me I needed to provide part numbers or they couldn't help. They refused to help in any way and were very rude. I can't remember the last time I was treated so rudely.

I needed a 4-gang weatherproof wall plate covers right away in order to pass the final inspection. This is a very hard to find item. After looking all over the place I called Electrical Distributors. Brian loved the challenge and he looked and found them and he also coordinated the same day pick up at the warehouse of the distributor. He even sent me a follow up email to make sure I got the invoice so I could pick the items without a hitch. That is what I call customer service. Thanks Brian!! I highly recommend Electrical Distributors and if you have a hard to find item talk to Brian ;-)
