Very disappointing when you go to your dr and has no feeling for you and don’t even care to understand what you are going through, i keep asking for a note a month ago, de Noel refused to give it to me. This is the worse dr i’ve ever met..

Worst office staff experience EVER. My husband waited more than 1 hour at this office to see a doctor, it was 4:12 when I pull in the parking lot for my 4p appointment. They took my temperature and told me to sit down to wait. So I went to the parking lot to get my headphone, expecting a long wait, when I came back, they said you were more than 10 min late and it's our policy you have to reschedule. Despite the fact that I had to wait 2 months to get this appointment. The general attitude is, it's too bad that's our policy. If you are the patient, you can wait unlimited, but they have 0 flexibility for their patients. And they have the audacity to display a sign "We are awesome", I told them they didn't deserve it.

Scheduling to see your own primary care doctor is a nightmare.1- website does not allow scheduling2- I stayed on the phone so far more than 30 minutes for someone to pick the phone up ( and could not finish it due to call going "off" suddenly3- The line suddenly goes "off" and you have to call them again4-the explanation for the long delays is "covid" related after 2 1/2 years into the pandemic

I spoke to Melissa the office manager on providing a simple note referencing the CDC guidelines for being exposed to a positive person with COVID and she said, "sorry, our clinic does not write those notes". So your clinic does not follow or advice patients on what the Center for Disease Control says? Ridiculous!

I have been going here for quite some time now and I've never had a bad experience. I love being able to come here versus going to a big hospital, very personable. The front desk lady and assistants are always super nice and remember my boyfriend and I. My doctor is Dr Dudyala and I believe I've been her patient for a year or two now. She is always very pleasant and has solved many of the issues that have risen since being her patient. One of the best doctors I've had for sure.

The Assistant to the Dr. named "Janet" needs to fix her attitude when dealing with patients. Better customer service, ESPECIALLY in the health service is always important. Dr. Ornelas is an amazing doctor and has always been great.

Dr. Dudyala was horrible. She didn't care why I was there & tried to diagnose me with shingles because I had chicken pox in 1949! I do not have shingles!! I had a rash from Tylenol Acetaminophen which also causes kidney problems and the prescription she gave me causes BAD kidney problems. I'd have died from the side effects!! Is this how they get their money from the dialysis treatments? btw I've been washing my rash with cold water & it's getting better. Now they are going to charge my medicare $400 !! I went to the appointment early that day to cancel. I regret not cancelling that appointment. (The reception staff Sandra & Tina are very nice & the assistant nurse Elizabeth is also very nice.)

I've been going to this primary care facility for almost a year now. Dr Dudyala is great, she takes time to listen to my questions, and is very empathetic. The office staff is very nice, they always get me in same day if I need an appointment, I never wait more than 5 mins and I've never had any billing issues.
