Came here to place an order and although it says they open at 9am its 1015am on a Monday & they aren't open. I called & I got an automated message saying they were busy with customers not that they were closed. They don't have many around my house so I drove all this way for nothing. No sign on the door or anything. And no it's not a holiday.

Update: Still no delivery. Still no response after calling multiple times and leaving messages. I also contacted corporate with no response.I ordered online last Thursday for delivery Monday. It is Tuesday and they have not delivered. I have called multiple times but no one picks up the phone. I used the automated status feature and it said they were still arranging. I am writing this in hopes they contact me.

Horrible Horrible they don't even pick up phone and what I ordered God knows who it got delivered to when my wife wasn't even there anymore to accept delivery this ridiculous then they send a text confirmation they got delivered

Came on Mother's Day @1 (they close at 3 on sundays),and no one was working the line,I even called to leave a voicemail just for a call back for closing early.no call back & no explanation

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Please consider the warnings before you place an order!!! Ordered from this location through the website and did not see these reviews until it was too late. Needed the arrangement for an office party, so I wanted to make sure it arrived as early as possible the day of even though I ordered well in advance. Called and called the day before, no answer. Left a voicemail, no return call. Called and called the day of, no answer. Drove to the location and found a sign saying they had no electricity?? This was on 4/13 and judging by the FedEx tags on the door they haven't had electricity for some time... ridiculous. Tried calling the Taylor St. location based on the note, guess what?? NO ANSWER. At this point, I gave up and requested a refund through the website. The NEXT DAY a delivery person shows up at the office trying to deliver! I, of course, refused the delivery and told him we needed to be refunded. Here we are nearly a month later, and I still haven't received a credit. Just reached out to corporate (and if you order from this location, you'll probably need the number (203) 774-5357 - thank me later...) so, we will see what comes of that. As a side note, I ultimately wound up ordering from the Pleasanton location and they absolutely saved the day!!

No stars I made my order since 4/27 for mothers day I'm Mexican for me celebrate it may 10th. I made my order for a delivery and the delivery never showed. I called the store multiple times to check on the status of my order and they never answered or called me back. Now I can't even get a hold of a manger to get a refund. I would not advise anyone to order from this location.

I wish I could give 0 stars, that’s google just being nice! This location on the other hand is absolutely horrible! I order something for my fiancé’s birthday, I spent well over 100 dollars! I checked throughout the day and come 3 o’clock I started to panic, I called several times, ( like a toxic teenage broken hearted kid) with no answer, left several messages. On the website and automated voice message both said it was received which is also well over the 6 hour delay they ask for despite ordering ahead! Now my fiancé is fasting so now cake for him, which made this the perfect alternative, and what everyone deserves a bouquet of flowers, even a man. Now I’m a women of god and this store is truly testing my faith. By the lack of communication or respect of answering a phone or promptly letting customers know that they are unable to do their job! I went further to contact support, in both website and call with no success! The internet had me write my issue and created a ticket that they sent to the store, I wouldn’t need to make a complaint if the store was up to standards on simple customer service skills. I left a voicemail but that got me no where.I didn’t mention that the card attached to the fruit was a funny way to surprise my fiancé to tickets for his favorite worship artist! Which made me look like I didn’t do anything special for him and handed him a printout. This not only has made me frustrated for the lost money and headache but ruined my fiancés birthday! He only turns 40 once! I am interested to see if I will receive a response! But as I live here I will be coming in to find out why this location is unable to provide the basics of customer service! Answer a phone, execute an order and deliver promptly, and if they are unable to do any of those things, they should call and let the customer know that they are inadequate at their job, and unable to fulfill that order!Sorry for the angry rant!

So incredibly unhappy with this company. I placed an order for my moms 92 bday and they never delivered it. Called several times and left messages the next day for the company, no one answers the phone and they do not return phone calls - extremely disappointed and will never order from them again. Have not received a refund or a response to any of my messages or inquiries. Very bad customer service !! Would not recommend this company to anyone

I ordered it on April 13 to be delivered for my boyfriend on April 14. I called them multiple times, no answer. I canceled my order because it was already late and no update on the delivery. It arrived on the 15th, and no balloons came with it.

Where do I start? so disappointed my poor husband tried to surprise me in California for my birthday while I was visiting with my elderly parents with a bouquet of fruit and dipped strawberries. Didn't show up till 10 PM who in the heck delivers at that time? and missing the strawberries and I'm not able to get a hold of anyone to find out what's going. If I didn't happen to be up, that fruit would've been sitting out there all night because they rang the doorbell once and left. I guess I should've said it was the Monterey Road store.. update I have called their shop all day and no one answers! Please don't take a chance on them ..

I've been trying to get a hold of this store for about a week now over the phone. No one ever picks up or returns my voicemail.I stopped by at 3pm on a Tuesday (within operating hours) and it's closed and dark inside. Im not sure if this store is even being run or if it's permanently closed.Go to a different location.

My mother went in today to try and buy a birthday gift. She was told the person that makes the arraignment was out and they were unable to sell her anything. So I told her to go buy something different. There fruit is not that great anyway.Business must be really booming to be able to turn away customers.

Order for Valentines.... did not arrive and they delivered it the day after in the afternoon. Called for a refund....but got a $30 dollar discount......so order from somewhere else. If you want something delivered on a special day. Specially if it is a busy holiday, they can't keep up with orders on those days.
