I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Winifred Lui for her excellent customer service to an urgent matter recently. Winifred took client’s requests seriously and she acts as a professional representative of the bank and the liaison for the company and the clients. She provides timely update on the progress of the request and ensure the client’s matters are on track. Winifred is always being patient with the clients, especially with senior clients who may have hearing and language difficulties. Thanks, Winnie. ?

Love the location as it’s convenient for me to do my monthly banking needs then head next door for my favorite bobba drink at Sharetea. I also need do my grocery shopping at ranch 99 in the same plaza all in one trip.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the branch staff at East West Bank for their invaluable assistance. After mistakenly paying $5800.00 via bill pay to the wrong vendor, I was distressed to find out that the money had already been deposited. Thanks to the quick action and dedication of the branch staff, particularly Manager Betty, the erroneous payment was prevented, and the funds were successfully withdrawn. Their timely intervention and meticulous handling of the situation ensured that I could retrieve my money. I am immensely thankful to the staff and managers at East West Bank for their exceptional help and efficient service. It's truly reassuring to know that I can rely on such a dedicated team in times of need.

During my visit, I encountered a problem while depositing a cheque. I was confused and wasn't sure about the correct process. However, your team did not hesitate to step in and offer their assistance. The patience, understanding, and efficiency displayed by your staff was not only greatly appreciated but also instrumental in promptly addressing my issues.I would like to particularly thank Ziyi Hao and Winson Pang , who took the time to guide me through the process with utmost professionalism and kindness. I just stopped by to get a new year calendar. I asked this lady who opened the door for meI I am looking for a new year calendar, then she asked for my account #, I said I don't have the account # but I can give you my info. She handed me a postit so i wrote ↓ my SSN, she looked it ↑ and said oh I got your account info but you can check other branches for one, we don't have it here. ???? WT....... super upset!

As of August 2, masks are mandated indoors even for those vaccinated. It appears some staff members here missed the memo. Be warned some staff are not wearing a mask or masks are slipping.

The branch here has a solid team here. My mom needed an audit document for the government and this bank did all they could to search and help ! I cannot believe they did not ask me to take a hike since all data is on line ! Good team !!

My dad is in his 90s and has been a regular customer of this bank and branch. He doesn't have the best eyesight nor feels quite confident in being able to complete the transaction slip. However, it has never been an issue to have the teller help him by completing the bank slip. So when I visited with my dad, he gave me a bank slip to fill out. As I was doing so, I asked him why l. He shared with me that on his last trip to the bank, a teller specifically advised my dad he will need to complete the bank slip on his own for every transaction. When my dad explained the eyesight and confidence issue, they dismissed it and told him to have someone fill them out before he goes to the bank. I've been to the bank many times with my dad and each and every time, a teller has quite easily written in the date, account number, and just asks my dad to sign it. I'm quite disappointed and saddened that this is the level of service being offered, especially to elderly customers. It is a shame and this one customer may not matter, but I'll be transferring banks for my dad so I can easily help to manage his account.

Definitely My Asian community bank, I know it's difficult to do business in COVID 19, even though there is long line waiting outside I still love to come here for my business transactions, but my recommendation is to make your appointment if you have more transactions to do. Also I don't mind they speak different languages when communicating to other associate as long as my transaction can get done in good condition which they always taking care for me.

Went to deposit cash and ask for red envelops. Been a customer more than 20 years with Eastwest bank, I went home and just figured out that I got only two red envelopes in the plastic bag. Are you kidding me ? Two only ? Normally a pack should have 8 or 10 ! Cannot believe they treat a customer so cheap !

Branch Manager Betty and Daniel really helped us out during the pandemic and helped us get the PPP loan which we wasn't able to get in the first round do to space issues at larger banks. They held our hand through the entire process and was very patient and nice. I've banked with them for over 10 years now and they are great people. They make the experience extremely personable and know you by your first name and what kind of businesses you do. They also introduce me to one of my long term vendors so that's a plus!
