Yikes! Worst Bank ever. Make sure you read all the reviews online before going with this bank. They make up policies as they go along and lie to their customers. They are very hard to work with and their technology is very outdated. You cant even do wire transfers without phyiscally going into the bank. they have policies that are dated and are not with the times. Very old fashioned bank and poor customer service. Good luck with them

Wednesday May, 20, 2020 After for a while shelter in place, I came to visit East West Bank this morning with my appointment. I was really happy when everybody there was friendly and warmly. Thanks everyone, It seems like family gathering for a long time. Love it ?
