We just adopted a kitten and we just took him for his general checkup, it was a very good experience, ALL the staff is very friendly and the facilities are very clean, highly recommended.?

Worst receptionist we’ve ever met in years. I guess they are trying to saving doctor some time by kicking customers out. Hope they will be treated by other just like how they are treating their customers.

This veterinary clinic is very affordable. The vet is kind and caring towards the animals; he even gets upset when a pet is overweight, LOL. The staff is excellent, although they may take a little longer to answer the phone at times. Considering their low prices, it's understandable that they may not have a dedicated person to answer the phone exclusively.

We've been with Dr Liu for 25 years! Pets don't live as long as we do but this office knows each one of our dogs and has taken excellent care of them! He doesn't do extra things that aren't necessary. The technicians and staff have been with Dr Liu for a long time and are extremely friendly and resourceful!

The Dr. actually cared unlike the vet at Alum Rock. Prices very reasonable $150 out the door all medications included . Definitely recommend.

This place is a joke. Lack of response, no one answers the phone, they tell you to text and no response. I removed three of my pets from here.
