Arrived at this store today to find a sign that read Out to Lunch Be Back in 45 Minutes taped on the door. In the future, you may want to let your customers know what time you'll be back, or what time you posted the sign.

Kind of expensive. But when your a big person you have to pay that little extra to get something that fits well for you. Customer service is excellent. Every time l go the employees try their best to assist and connect with the customer. Good selection of clothes and organized unlike Burlington ?

Associate was very knowledgeable about the clothing I needed. Having shopped at DXL before, everything was still on file and we were in and out in quick time. People are very nice in San Jose store when dealing with customers. I had been in San Jose store years ago and was also treated exceptionally well back then. I've only been in the Dublin and San Jose stores, but each time the way the people in the store treated me, if I'd been a bit stressed going in I would have been completely relaxed coming out. Both stores treated me like I wasn't just a customer, but a friend they were helping out.

Jessica has a nice way about her -- pleasant attitude, helpful, efficient, etc. She makes my visits to DXL more worthwhile than just the inventory of clothing which is just right.
