We just moved here from Texas we were originally from California but we moved to Texas two years ago we came back with a loaded car was able to get a storage on the ground floor

Great place, very convenient for me as I live in the neighborhood. The 2 people, who work in the office Brandon and Alania ( not sure of spelling) are super helpful. They will call if the payment did not arrive on time. It's an easy in and out. My location happens to be super easy to access. Thanks to a great staff!

I have used this storage facility for a year due to a move. I am impressed with consistently courteous service and very reasonable rates. The facility is a bit older and hidden away but is very clean and an awesome deal. Thank you!

I had my unit there for about four years and have had nothing but great experience. love the staff very helpful always courteous and always greeting with a smile. They went out of their way to accommodate my husband and I thank you very much!!!!

Super friendly staff and an all around great location to have a storage unit. The place is kept clean and tidy as well. Great for college students too would definitely recommend for anyone.

We have used Downtown Self Storage for a while now. Very convenient. Very clean. We have only worked with Alana and she has always been helpful. It is nice to know that true customer service still exists.

This was great for the year that I rented out a unit. Units are straightforward boxes and cleaned before you rent one. There will be some dirt getting in if you choose a 1st floor unit but nothing to complain about on my things. The second floor is easily accessible by elevator or stairs and both are very safe. There is always someone to help you in the office and everyone there is great. Parking has always been easy inside. I had some bending on my latch and that was repaired quickly. They do not provide locks but they can sell one to you along with boxes and they provide dollies to use while you’re there. So this has been wonderful place to have easy quick storage.

SJSU Students !!! THIS is the place to hold storage if you are sick and tired of lugging all of your belongings home every summer. Downtown self storage is my first experience using a storage facility and it couldn't have been more positive. The location is great, and is really secure. Opening and closing my storage unit was very simple, only took a phone call to open and a quick email through the website to close. The facilities are clean (elevators, dollies, carts, etc), and the staff is really nice. Overall, I would certainly recommend downtown self storage to anyone!

SJSU Students !!! THIS is the place to hold storage if you are sick and tired of lugging all of your belongings home every summer. Downtown self storage is my first experience using a storage facility and it couldn't have been more positive. The location is great, and is really secure. Opening and closing my storage unit was very simple, only took a phone call to open and a quick email through the website to close. Of course had to meet up during business hours to sign paperwork, but was a quick and simple process. The facilities are clean (elevators, dollies, carts, etc), and the staff is really nice. The price for the units is a lot better than that of others around. Removing my things from the unit was especially easy as a one woman job considering I could park my car right there. Overall, I would certainly recommend downtown self storage to anyone!

If you blink you could miss this family owned storage tucked under the 280 freeway. It is surprisingly clean and very well ran. Staff is on property daily and they do a wonderful job. Safe and secure. Give them a call. I think you will be happy you did.
