I love all the employees they are awesome people. They treat my Tasha very well and she loves them all... this is the only place that I will leave my dog overnight or when I go on trips I love that you have cameras so I can check on my fur baby.!!

we love the staff and facility at DD! Our dog loves it here soooo much. We are never concerned leaving him when we go on trips. We know he is safe and taken care of and the little add ons of activities, treats, play time, and photo shoots make the experience that much better and cuter. 10/10 we love our DD family

My dog Cody has been attending Downtown Dogs for daycare and boarding for several years. He's comfortable with the staff, knows other dogs and in general seems to enjoy his stays. The staff is good and providing email report cards with photos and thorough comments about what he did, how he ate (when boarding) the the training that was done. Special activities and meals are regularly offered (for a fee) and for many holidays, special photos can be purchased. Web cams are available during the day so one can check on his/her pup(s).

10/10 would recommend this facility! I was incredibly nervous leaving my dog in the care of someone who wasn’t me, but the employees here made me feel comfortable doing so. They are all kind and clearly love dogs. I love that I am able to check in on her through their live webcams, as well as having the option of “pupdates”, where they text you pictures/videos throughout the day. They have so many enrichment options to choose from to add something a little special to your dog’s day, which I always choose! My dog has gone here a few times and each time she is excited to go in and greet the workers/other dogs. I still get nervous leaving her, but knowing that she is genuinely being looked after/cared for makes me feel a little bit better. Definitely check this facility out if you are considering doggie day care!!

Not like the others-- Downtown Dogs in Palo Alto has staff who really enjoy hanging around dogs all day - they treat them like their own. I could check in on my puppy on the Webcam and she always looked happy and there was always at least one person in the room at all times paying attention to the dogs

They require canine influenza vaccine that requires 2 rounds of shots 3 weeks apart that other boarding places do not. They also require a meet & greet interview and 4 daycare visits before you can board with them. They didn't tell me this on the phone or through our email conversations until after I already paid for the shots and went through the hassle of going to the vet twice.Then they passive aggressively suggested it was my fault for not knowing this because they list their requirements somewhere on their website as if I'm going to read the entire thing before boarding with them.My dogs and I have been very happy with Wag Hotels for years so I'm going back to them even though it's further away.

It is very important to have a doggie daycare that you can trust. My German Shepard has been going to DD for several months and she loves it! We also use DD for boarding. When my dog is excited to go to daycare, that is a good sign!

We are so impressed with Downtown Dogs Palo Alto! daycare and the incredible staff and management. Knowing that we are sending our pup to a place where she will receive the best love and attention makes this such an easy option. At Downtown Dogs Palo Alto we know she will be safe, well cared for, engaged, and encouraged. From the set up to the pick up- every call or email they are always so responsive and helpful. The best part is when our pup comes home- she's exhausted. Truly a sign of a great day! And the fact she can't wait to go back- a sure sign of a great daycare. We are so grateful to Downtown Dogs Palo Alto!

Have been a client since 2009 and every staff member has always been very caring to our pups. Excellent communication when boarding. Our small dogs are always excited to attend daycare. Many of our pups have needed extensive medication and staff followed instructions very well. When we leave our dogs at DD I know they are in good care.

The best doggie daycare in San Jose! Every time I drop off and pick up my dog from this place I feel happy. It is so cute and inviting and the staff is eager to make me comfortable. One of my favorite things about Downtown Dogs is that they have webcams so I can check in on my dog anytime. This place offers structure, fun and enrichment which helps my dog learn and use up her energy so she is not destructive when she comes home. They offer obedience training during daycare as well. There are many options including grooming services that you can add to your dogs stay. They have pretty much thought of everything. The best is the friendly and happy staff. I highly recommend Downtown Dogs.

Downtown Dogs offers great enrichment activities and weekly treats that pet parents can choose from. My boy is never bored when he’s there. The great staff really get to know the dogs and best of all they really like the dogs who are in their care.

I love DD!! I had the hardest time trying to find a place that I trusted to take.my dog to. He is a very high energetic dog and needs a lot of playtime. DD gives him everything he needs and more! The staff is so friendly and kind. I couldn't say enough positive things about them! They love my dog as much as I do!

We found Downtown Dogs doggie day care/boarding after desperately searching for a daycare for our pug puppy Lulu. They met all of our standards and so much more. The manager there called us before her first day and went over Q&A, a typical day there and listed the extra goodies they offer. You can book as many days as you like throughout the week. We work weekends which works out perfectly . Plus they are flexible with drop off/pick up times. As anyone dropping off there kid to their first day of school we were excited and apprehensive to see her go. But what gave us a piece of mind is they have cameras in all the rooms so whenever you'd like you check on your pooch you can do so on their website. Lulu loves going here and every evening we pick her up she is exhausted! Which is amazing. She's made many doggie friends and is becoming more socialized. Plus the handlers help correct negative behaviors and put out a weekly report card to let you know how they're doing there. We've also boarded her for a few days and this has also been a great experience. Once you've had your dog established in the daycare you can use this amenity. This being our first time boarding her we were worried the process would be confusing but it wasn't at all. Of course you have paperwork to fill out on there they offer so many extras for your dog to feel very comfortable and they offer rooms with or without cameras we decided to choose a non-camera room and have her bathed before we picked her up. When I picked her up, she was nice and clean, and super tired and happy. I'm so happy we found this place so our Lulu can get the socialization and exercise. She needs when we're working.
