I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Domain Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to Alex! From the very start, Alex went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment that matched all of our needs. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, showed us several options, and guided us through every step of the leasing process with patience and expertise.
Living here has been fantastic—the apartments are modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities make it feel like a true home. Any time we had questions or needed assistance, Alex and the team were always available and quick to help. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your experience, and Alex definitely makes you feel like a valued resident. Highly recommend Domain Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I've lived at Domain Apartments for a year now. When my boyfriend and I were searching for the right place, Alex was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in picking out the perfect apartment, making the entire process smooth and easy. We’ve been really happy with our decision and love living here! Since then, he’s always been there whenever we’ve had any issues—whether it’s with packages, parking, or any complaints. His assistance has really made our experience here much easier and more enjoyable!

Living at Domain Apartments has been wonderful. I love the location of it and how it's close to everything else. Target being walking distance is nice especially if we need something quick. The hwy being close by where we can head to Milpitas Ranch or Calaveras area within minutes is amazing.
Management here is super friendly. We met Alex when we first toured the apartments back in December 2023. He helped us when we signed the lease and also renewed recently. We run into him sometime in the garage and always have a nice talk and catch up session. I don't think we would've have chose Domain Apartments if it wasn't for Alex being there from the get go. We really appreciate him and encourage future renters to ask for him when you tour the place!

Alex has been super helpful from the very start. He helped us with the apartment tour and through the paperwork for signing our lease back in December 2023. When we had clarifying questions, Alex was there to make sure we understood everything. Throughout our first year staying at Domain, it has been amazing. When we run into trouble whether it's with Luxer or a couple service requests, Alex takes care of it. Recently, he helped us with renewing our lease. Honestly, if it wasn't for Alex, we wouldn't be at Domain!

I’ve been living at The Domain for a month, and I’m really enjoying it! The nearby Target is super convenient; there's plenty of street parking, and they host tons of events every month. I’m also very impressed with the maintenance team since we recently moved in. We had a few issues, but they were resolved quickly. A big thank you to Alex, the leasing agent, for his prompt responses and exceptional support!

We had a tour here with Carlos Sandoval who was professional and provided great hospitality. He took the time to ask questions and hear our families needs. We toured this place 3 months before our move out date and Carlos kept in touch with us to find the right home. We finally signed our lease and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you Carlos for your exceptional support through this process. You made a huge impact towards our decision to move to domain.

We had requested couple of maintenance requests during our stay at domain apartment. Can Ha is one of the amazing maintenance staffs that we have come across. He resolves our issues quickly on time. He knows what he is doing and is amazing at his job.

Horrible services. Currently water is flooding the bathroom and there is no emergency maintenance available. The main number for maintenance can only put in a service request, which anyone can do through the portal for non-emergent issues. Why is there is number then?? No help, said we have to manage it ourselves. I called the main office before 5pm, someone named Bryan answered and said they will send maintenance right away and no one came. So now we are left to our own devices to figure out how to stop the water from flooding the entire apartment. Since we moved to this place, we have noticed this trend of nonchalant attitudes in the staff and management and it doesn’t suffice to say I don’t recommend this place at all.

Ruben was very efficient and was able to resolve our issue with the dishwasher and the screen doors. He was very responsive and it was a great experience.

We moved in 5 months ago with high hopes, but our experience has been deeply disappointing. Despite the friendly staff, we’ve faced persistent issues:
9 service requests, including 3 AC and 3 washer breakdowns
Low-quality appliances shuffled between apartments when they have issues
Maintenance delays of sometimes over a week, leaving us in uncomfortable situations
A broken elevator for our first week, complicating our move-in
One of two parking garage gates inoperable since we arrived, a consistent issue for all residents
Shoddily constructed apartments with poor cleaning between tenants (I won’t go into unnecessary details, but it’s gross)
While we appreciate the staff’s kindness, it’s clear that quality isn’t the priority. We’ve been patient and understanding, but averaging nearly 2 major problems monthly is excessive. The constant issues and subpar appliances/construction make it impossible to feel at home here.
We’re not ones to complain without reason, but we can’t recommend living here. It’s a shame, as the community had potential. We hope management will address these systemic issues for the sake of future residents.

I’ve been at Domain apartments for a few years now, and the quality of service and attention has been consistent throughout. The leasing office staff are always helpful and receptive to feedback. And the maintenance staff have consistently provided quality service and a quick turn around time. Most recently, Ruben came by to fulfill my maintenance request and he went above and beyond to advise on the issue and fixed it in record time.
