So I've come into this Dollar tree multiple times and never had a problem with anything but it seems now they have gone up on prices and it's not clearly marked anywhere so instead of everything being a 1.25 now there are parts where the pricing has gone up and it was actually a $5. but it's not clearly marked and because I paid with food stamps they weren't refund me the money spends so I think it's false advertisement because the store is no longer just a $1.25 it varies but it's not

They have things We use.It's close to the light rail vta.I go there often cheap prices.french fries are gross though.the steak fries are nasty caca .

DO NOT GO TO THIS $ TREE! I never do reviews but man was this lady rude! There was about 7 people in line and I nicely asked if they wouldn't mind opening another register, which I usually don't mind waiting! But, this lady was thinking the carts were more important then helping her coworker check people out! Again after I NICELY asked she yelled back at me saying hold on I have other things to do first yada yada yada ! wow ! I was shook and responded by saying okay no problem, no rush! She opened the register after about 3min, and of course she attended me lol but she proceeded talking about me even after walking away and wishing her a good day! 9:30 ish Monday November 6! She's gotta go! Very rude lady! Bad service!!! Never again!

I went to the dollar tree and I frequent most of them and I have to say that this one was one of the cleanest and well-stocked and customer service oriented dollars trees I have ever been here I was seriously impressed Management is Susie she's on point donated some empty boxes to the community haunted house that the boo crew puts on in San Jose every year for free for everyone to enjoy. It's good to see that there are some people that still value their customers and have such a great collection and such an actually very clean store. Good job this is now my home dollar store.

Sunday I had a nice customer experience. I love shopping at dollar tree. I always buy more than i need they have so much cool stuff, when i got to checkout jessica and Tara were so helpful they insisted i take a cart because i had so many things. I did need it but did not want to be a bother to them. Usually the the carts stay in store but they said they had one that could be used outside. Thanks girls for being nice and making me gave a good shopping experience.

FIRE MANAGER MARIA!!!! I just had the most terrible experience at this dollar tree with the manager, MARIA. This woman is extremely disrespectful, rude, arrogant, and condescending to customers. I kindly asked her for help with blowing up balloons that I paid for in this store. She stated, "no these are fresh and we ran out of balloons." MARIA is a LIAR!! They had a bunch of new balloons in the drawers. She just did not want to help me. Instead, she lied and tried to sell me FLAT balloons. MARIA SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER. After speaking with MARIA, I then spoke to Leonra, who was so much nicer and took the time to blow me up fresh balloons that were not flat. Leonra had great customer experience. LEONRA should be the manager instead... When I went back to MARIA, I asked why she could not blow the balloons up, but that Leonra was able to and she SHRUGGED her shoulders and turned away from me. She didn't acknowledge anything I said. I am DISGUSTED with MARIA'S customer experience. She is appalling!!! PLEASE GET THIS WOMAN REMOVED AS A MANAGER.
