I applaud the Latin young man working alone on a Saturday who handled an entire line of customers to the back store! His work ethics was meticulous & friendly! I hope Dollar Tree headquarters can appreciate it.

This review is for Trinidad, the male employee that works the weekend shift. Your sign in front of your register says “Treat others how you would want to be treated.” You should abide by your sign. Today he took my shopping basket and dumped out all of my basket’s contents onto the belt. There was no regard for anything fragile that I was intending on purchasing. He did not greet any of the customers, including me when it was my turn to purchase. When it was time to bag my merchandise, he threw everything into a bag, tossed my receipt at me and turned away. The disrespect I felt as a paying customer is infuriating. I understand everyone has bad days, but don’t take it out on others. If you’re in management reading this - heed the comments and do more site visits.

Customer attention and personability make coming to this location worthwhile. Andrea's ability to treat every individual as a person with conversation and laughter on a real level was outstanding. It's not every day that you leave a store in better spirits thanks to your cashier.

The floors often lack cleanliness, making for an unappealing shopping experience, and the shelves are perpetually in disarray, making finding items a challenge. Additionally, it's frustrating how employees frequently leave inventory carts blocking the aisles, hindering easy navigation. While the store may offer some surprising finds, the overall atmosphere and organization often leave much to be desired. If you're patient enough to deal with these shortcomings for the sake of a bargain, you might find it worthwhile.

Today I went to dollar tree with my service dog and everyone was fine till a random man touched my dog she barked at him they told me she isn’t a service dog she needs to leave I said how would you know they said real service dogs don’t bark I felt very violated because I come here all the time and it’s never a problem

Twice I’ve payed cash at this store and I was short changed by more than two dollars each time. Employees short change cash customers and probably collect out of the register at the end of there shift . Uncool!!!!!! Check your receipts!!!!!

The staff here are literal incompetent's. They close entire isles of the store, pretending a biohazard took place and it needs to be cleaned, then admit it's just "dusty"...but refuse allow customer's to buy the items they need. FIRE these people and get better staff!! I'll be calling to talk with a general manager tomorrow.

The cashier (the young lady with high body weight) is soooo rude!! She just disrespected one customer ahead of me in line by questioning his English (though he was just fine!!) and she did same to me!!! ( p.s.: I am fluent in English. Even if it was not the case, she does not have the right to insult people due to her unprofessional manner and lack of social interaction) Rare to see such rudeness and disrespectful behavior with customers! And the manager should do sth about it if the customers and business are important to him/her.

This one on Almaden expressway near branham Lane no they are messy they are dirty they are filled they don't know how to do customer service the idiot that works there right now does not know how to treat their customers right and I asked him tonight do any of you know retail do you guys even know what it means to cross contaminate if you don't you better look it up every grocery store does it when you cross contamination food with non product foods yeah that's a hazard and it shouldn't be like that the next time a customer tells you bag it yourself that cost for dismissal many store would dismiss empire a person like that you guys never have any management there at your store location so they are not aware of what's going on I am very disgusted and very pissed off I don't think I will no longer go to that store I have reported you to your corporate office and hopefully actions will be taken or I'll have to go further down I don't like being the bad guy but when you have people that work for your company that are assholes and they're not keep the place neat and tidy and safe hazard then yeah I honestly believe that you should be on the media eye I am disabled I don't tolerate with the s*** too much s*** from people that don't know how to do proper customer service they don't deserve to be in the people place and it's just one person at the cash register and your company has a problem and you already have probably numerous from the same person that has been treating people like trash anytime you do receive they should not be faded they should have their name their registered number and so on he messed around with the wrong girl because I will not tolerate or put up with it I don't need to I'm a customer and the customers always should have the right the right upper hand Olga
