Store suppose to be open at 8 am it didn’t open until 830 am this bad business practice managers don’t want to work expect the cashier to do everything I’m willing to come in trained all the employee for free on how to run a store

I give the store two stars for the great stock of items in the store. However, if it was not that they have a lot of merchandise, I would give this store just one star as this store is filthy! Do not use their restrooms as if you could! The woman's bathroom is in repair and the men's bathroom is disgusting! I as a woman should not even have to use a men's bathroom and would not. There are graffiti everywhere, dirty grounds, urine and poop in plugged up toilets, and more. Not one of the bathrooms have working toilets! Just remembering how the bathrooms looked makes me sick to my stomach! I would not even want to share a photo of it here. But where does the staff go to the bathroom? Does none of them care about how the bathrooms look or if they even work? Perhaps it is the customers that have used the bathrooms in the past that are at fault, but then close them to customers or have a security combination on the doors so that only certain people are allowed in. But I thought it was the law that there has to be operating bathrooms for staff at least. it also makes me wonder if the bathrooms are in such a disarray, do the staff even care about their job? And, just think that the staff very likely do not have the ability to keep their hands clean and be sanitary...and yet handle your potential purchases......gross!!!!!

This is a quite filled dollar tree store and the nicest service possible. But it was weird when the guy asked me if I wanted a receipt. Shouldn't it automatically pop up when register opens. Store was in complete distress, meaning messy and empty fridge and freezer. Uboats all over the aisles but I truly can understand that they lack workers as I also work in retail.

They have a fairly decent selection of merchandise for sale, but I hate how unorganized and dirty this location is in comparison with others around. When I say dirty, I am not referring to filth and grime, but more so the lack of walking space from products lining the floors and the pile up of unshelved products accumulating on carts. Decent store for some quick last minute items, but I still think you are better off shopping elsewhere if possible.

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2022 The Pandemic Chronicles August 2022 This Dollar Tree is located in the Cambrian area of San Jose. It had ample parking and the staff is usually nice and helpful. I never shopped at a Dollar Tree growing up. My friend introduced me to Dollar Tree about 5 years ago (our kids went to the same private preschool). I haven't been to this location of Dollar Tree for about two years. So much has changed in two years. A store that once used to be clean and organized is now filthy and chaotic. I was in need of some items to make a First Aid Kit with my Cub Scout Den. I purchased a few items. Items are no longer $1 they are $1.25 and up. The customer service was good but I'd probably stick to going to a cleaner Dollar Tree elsewhere. Noelle's Notes Skip It Good customer service at the registers Unfortunately the store is extremely dirty and disorganized.

It is very disorganized of all the dollar trees, it is the one with the least assortment in the city
