Belinda is the nicest cashier. I observed her helping a couple of seniors ahead of me in line and she was so friendly and patient with them. We need more Belindas in this world.

Dear Mgmt, This place needs some AC or mini splits to cool the place down it was extremely hot inside I feel bad for the workers it was cooler outside then inside.

Best location in San Jose hands down. I drive past 2 dollar trees just to come to this location. The store us always stocked with what I need to get. Lines are usually long here. But it's expected since it's the better location.

There was only two workers and they decided they only wanted to help Spanish speaking customers first and then everyone else. This location is heavy Spanish speaking community and they make it clear they are not going to help others. I waited in lane to check and was told I have to wait with no explanation why. The employee refused to give me her name. While the other employee told me it ls per their policy to help who they want in whatever order they want. Literally came in her for one item. The store was a mess and I waited in lane for along time just to be told they have their own order. The customers they helped before me walked in at the same time as me. Still confused why this happened but I wasn’t the only person they did this too I left and went to a different store. I know it’s dollar store but do better !!!

Belinda is such an awesome associate! She had a long line but she kept her cool, was kind to all the customers and got the line going quickly! Awesome service!

This has to be the MOST understaffed dollar trees I've ever been to. The line is always to the back of the store with only one register ever open. It's a nightmare, save yourself the trouble and drive to any other in the area; they are cleaner and you're not waiting 20 mins to cash out.

This entire shopping center is ghetto, dirty, and there's no place to park. I always wonder why did Hustler Hollywood put their store here? ?
