I'm visually impaired and when I went into the store they really helped me with what I needed to buy. They even showed me the product and took time to show me how to use it. They showed me with their fingers what button was where and they made sure that I knew which button to press and what the button represented. Like for example when I wanted to find the Bluetooth mode on my new speaker that I bought from there, they made sure I knew where it was and they told me how many times to press it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought a PS5 here on the 28th, they said it would be done by the 2nd. No one called me. I called on the 4th and they said the repair guy was out of town and it would be done by the 6th. Now they call me saying the piece wasn’t delivered yet and to come pickup the PS5. Terrible service.

I have a Galaxy Note 20 that's 2.5 years old. My OtterBox case with belt attachment was falling apart, and could not find a replacement case anywhere until I spotted the rave reviews of this place on Yelp. I was greeted at the door and shown the replacements. They even put together for me, all for $20! Don't even think about going anywhere else for phone accessories in South Bay! Fantastic store! *****

This store has everything. Their prices are very cheap. Most of phone cases are only $10 and you have thousands to pick from. They also fix phones, iPads, and laptops. I went in there with a broken phone screen and within 15 minutes it was done. The owner is very polite and professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Once you go there, I guarantee you'll come back.

This is a cheap, hood cellphone accessory shop, but their prices are right for the product and they always manage to get repairs and screen cover replacements done quick. They have a large variety for all types of devices and never make you feel rushed as you browse each and every shelf.

This place is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I understand being nice, is very unlikely taught to the staff, as children. I strongly recommend you all begin to adopt some manners. Like being nice for a change. Otherwise you're in the wrong industry. In America we have common courtesy.

Do not change your screen here. I've had mine changed twice within a month and the quality of the screen is horrible. Not sure if this place of business is certified to change screens. the whole front face of my screen was lifting up no crack on the screen. Same issue when changed the first time.

I only go here for my cell phone accessories. The people here are always courteous and knowledgeable. As soon as you walk in the door they greet and acknowledge you. The pricing is on point and offer more than just cell phone accessories. They are always stocked and have a wide selection of inventory. I would recommend anyone to go here.
