This shop attempted to defraud me by failing to replace the spark plug during a tune-up service for my truck. This is unacceptable, unethical, and unfair, so I won't suggest this shop, especially if you are unfamiliar with this type of auto repair, now it is clear why their pricing are so low!...be careful PEOPLE!!!! How many people have they scammed so far?

Shady. Took in my car for smog. Guy charges me, hands me the paperwork and says nothing. 30 days later, no sticker. I call DMV, they said I didn't pass. I look at the paperwork. They stapled paper over the result. Turns out I didn't pass pre-check. So they didn't check pre-check beforehand, didn't tell me I failed, and stapled paper over the result to hide it.

I was super skeptical, but all was well. Got a quote made apt to drop it off and took only 2 days to get it back. Short version issue: -Needed a new engine replace, head gasket was blown, it was unrepairable. -Great warranty for it too, you also get a receipt from him and another receipt for the engine. The engine receipt is 30 days warranty but Dennis extend his warranty on the engine for another 6months. Great deal. - I wanted to be sure all was well and I took it to the dealership to make sure everything was correctly put in and all went well. Fantastically done correctly. Long version issue. (Below issues was not at this shop)My car Toyota Prius 2012I bought the car 87,000 mileage 2019Rack up mileage at 220,000 mileage 2021 (commuting to work 100miles each way) #1 issue with car diagnostic code read P301& 304 - was told needed tune up (new spark plugs and wire etc paid 700$) (regular car shop)- engine lights came back on with the same code and knocking noise 3 month later. They Kept the car for 4 days and can't really tell me what's going on with it and just quote me for new used engine for 5grand.-I needed a 2nd opinion; I took it to the dealer and told them my situation above and charge me the regular diagnostic + pressure test etc came out 400-500$ and just To tell me that I will need a new used engine as above. I found this shop!!!!!!! Crazy deal . Believe me call for quote or text him. It's doesn't hurt to know . I can tell you that it's affordable cheaper than 5k

Highly unprofessional Owner does not speak for his words when high end cars have a different procedure to remove the Catalyst converter sensor in order to pass smog. Mercedes skl230 is not about driving so many hour and miles wasting time and gas just to try to past smoke. It took me 45mins to drive 15miles and I past with another smog check station and brought back the receipt for $49.95 refund and the owner said no, when he promised if I passed the same day. Funny thing is that he even said to bet me $200 but he chickened out and said NO! He was very stubborn and surprised when I came back with the pass smog check from another station down the street. Trust me there’s no trustworthy at this location and I wouldn’t have any of my cars go to that place. Yes I will report all the time I spent from him telling me what to do and how much gas money I wasted driving around like a idiot. Go get your Smog elsewhere!Service: Smog certification
