I come here always to get a vape or a Redbull. The guy there working in the front is very welcoming and I always come to this smoke shop cause he’s a great helpful guy. I've been going to this place for 20 years. For the last several months I have been buying an elf bar disposable vape. Day before yesterday I bought two and one of them accidentally went swimming with me so I opened the other one.It didn't work it didn't charge it was defective. There is a sign right above the cash register it says no refunds or exchanges so that's on me but I just wanted to make a note of how disappointed I am is that in the interest of customer service they don't just give me another one because I don't know...it doesn't seem right, but I know that that's the way it is. I guess if you make your living selling tobacco products it is pretty naive of me to have expected amy sort of inate ethics to be present...oh well time to find a new smoke shop
