I want to write a review on my interactions with Dino the owner. Reached out via his online form to inquire about a used Premier Bolt EV. He responded quickly and was transparent about pricing from the get-go. Openly shared that the previous owner had already paid the registration for the year. Gave me a great out the door price through email exchange. After so many horrendous experiences with traditional dealerships not being clear about their pricing, this was a breath of fresh air. I ultimately decided not to buy this bolt because I was looking for a different color. And want to leave a review still for the positive engagement experience.

I purchased a somewhat rare car from Dino and he made it incredibly easy. This particular spec (BMW 535i with a 6-speed) is very hard to find, even nationwide. Dino had a very clean one at a good price. The only problem is that I live several hours away. I called Dino to chat about the car, and could immediately tell he was an automotive enthusiast. We chatted about cars in general and then this specific one, and I just really enjoyed our conversation. Dino is very friendly and I felt comfortable asking all my questions. Because I could not physically see the car beforehand, he sent me a video of it running and the Carfax (which was very clean). We agreed on a price and he helped arrange shipping to me. Dino gave me updates on exactly when the car was picked up and when it was to be delivered. The car arrived in pristine condition, exactly as he had described. I still took the car to a local shop to have it looked at (as I do with all of my vehicles), and they noted how clean the car was. There is a small oil leak/seepage from one of the gaskets, but Dino worked with me to get this resolved. Overall I am incredibly happy and appreciative that Dino was so responsive throughout the whole process. It can be difficult to buy a car remotely, but I would absolutely do it again here. I told him to keep an eye out for our family's next car, and would happily buy from him again.

What a great experience! Dino was so kind and helpful. This was easily the quickest and most relaxing time I have ever had buying a car. He went out of his way to help me drop off another car I had to get serviced at a nearby shop and made sure I felt totally comfortable with the new car before selling it to me! He was very reasonably priced and didn't push any extras at all. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you!

The business owner Dino was super friendly. Came in for a test drive and he handed me the keys right away as if we were family. He made the whole process of test driving a car extremely easy. He answered all of our questions and it easy easy to talk to him. We have not bought a car from him but wouldn't hesitate to do so after the great and friendly experience we had with him.

Dino was a joy to work with. I second everything in these 5-star reviews! Dino is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He exudes a passion for quality cars and getting them into the hands of people that will appreciate them. He provides exceptional customer service. He let the car sell itself and gave us ample time to test drive alone. There was zero pressure to buy. As a young lady, I was concerned about the car-buying process. I dreaded interfacing with salespeople who might pressure my boyfriend to convince me to buy and ignore me. Thankfully, that wasn't Dino's style. He expertly balanced honoring that I was the buyer and building a trusting relationship with both of us. Dino took the time to speak with us, answer our questions, and ensure we had all the info we needed--ultimately ensuring my boyfriend and I were satisfied with the vehicle. Once I decided to buy the car, Dino made the purchasing process a breeze. He had all the paperwork ready in a flash. The car I purchased is in excellent condition and sold for a fair price. In the future, whenever it's time for a new car, I plan to work with Dino again.

First of all I have to thank Dino for being so professional and helpful not only when I asked the car’s maintenance record and all the information you need to know when purchasing a car! But for making my car loan process so easy and working directly with my bank.. It’s been over a year since I bought my first luxury car “2018 x1 BMW” and can’t complain…I got a great car never had any trouble with it the car is just perfect! And I would definitely be back if I ever need a new car ❤️

Premium service. Dino is a solid dude. He knows and buys great cars. Nothing can beat buying an audi from an enthusiast. I set everything up from San Diego, and was in and out of his office in 20 minutes. A1 service.

Dealing with Dino was great! Super nice guy. But the car I ended up with was a roach and needs hella work. But at least it looks nice parked in the driveway :/I shoulda trusted my gut and not bought the car. Now I’m stuck with a car I hate. Make sure you get a PPI if you’re going to get a car from here.

You know that queasy feeling you get when it's time to look for another car? You don't get that with Dino Motors. The environment is relaxed you are given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle without some loud mouth in the back seat yapping the whole test drive trying to make boring conversation. Additionally You benefit from a one person office where the owner has a keen eye for exceptionally clean and well cared for vehicles. Hos process is simple and straight forward. Easy Peasy. I'm in LIKE with my 2010 Audi A3 Sline. After the purchase I took it to Audi to be checked out. Just a good idea I think. They did an oil change and inspection and then told me that All of the services had been done on time and there was nothing more that it needed. Happy Camper on this side. Just scored a great pre-owned vehicle from a trustworthy dealer. Don't find that often. Check them out. Worth your while.

Best Intimate Car Buying Experience! Let me first start off by saying how nice and down to earth Dino is. I called Dino when I saw he was selling a car in a particular color I had been looking for. I called him up to ask if it was still available. We set up a time for that following Monday to meet and test drive. He was very responsive through text which was a bonus because I'm a millennial and rarely communicates other than SMS. The day I met him, I was a little late because there was major traffic from sac. He was so understanding and patient. When I arrived, and I saw the car I couldn't believe how new it was. Kept in pristine shape and drove great. I told him I'll take it! And we worked on the paperwork portion of the buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and did all the DMV paperwork so I didn't have to. I was already pre-approved through my credit union which made it easier. We had a little issue with my credit union but it was no fault of Dino, but I'll say this; he knew I wasn't from the South Bay Area and really went above and beyond to make it easier for me as the buyer. For that, he has gained me as a loyal customer for life! And mind you, I bought my first and second car from east bay BMW in Pleasanton (I give them 4 stars) and then from Broadway Nissan (3 stars) in Redwood City, respectfully, and though both experiences were fine, buying from DINO is quite frankly better in my honest opinion. 5 stars. Thank you again for everything and I look forward to buying another beautiful European car from you very SOON. In a nutshell: if you like EUROPEAN cars, LOW MILES, FANTASTIC CONDITION USED, this is the place for you to check out! HANDS DOWN.

It has been just over one year now (Jan 2021) that I purchased a vehicle from this business. In retrospect, I owe Dino some gratitude for changing my mind about car salespeople. We (my wife & I) recognized what a natural, no BS experience we both had long after it occurred. Also, we observed Dino’s talent to obtain the most carefully maintained automobiles he could find for his business. I am still feeling good about my purchase.Capitola, CA
