This place is a scam! We made the reservation online and showed up to the address. This place does not exist. The address takes you to a shopping center where there is no car rental place. We were left scrambling to find a different rental car company at the last minute. Do not attempt to book with them.

Scammers Had us out there till almost midnight. Scammed us by having us send to a similiar phone number. Only did her buisness through zelle starting crying and screaming at me and my girlfriend cause we wanted to wait for cops

I live around the corner...went to the address and called...doesn't exist!!! Let voice message...no return call... asked the smoke shop next-door to it and they never heard of them!.

They rented me a car with a messed up battery I had to buy jumper cables and every time I turned off car it would not turn on. They did not refund my deposit because the seat covers got ripped. I offered to pay for them but to give me some of my deposit and they did not.

Absolutely the best service at Dimmples car rental. Car was ready when I arrived and everyone there was very careful and followed the new Covid protocols.I had the pleasure of meeting Delvis while I was there and his customer service was top notch.
