I really needed hoka shoes for my entire sales team, went to the one on blossom. Stood in the shoe department for 20 mins ASKING every employee if i could get some help. I needed 12 pairs for today! I finally got help. The kid disappeared for another 10 mins then came back with nothing...as he forgot? Outcome, going somewhere else to buy my team shoes and the black and white hoka 8s left sample shoe, is the middle of your parking lot. Felt the need to walk out of your store and launch it in the air.

The staff here are very friendly and eager to answer any questions. In particular, Daniel was extremely helpful. Even though it was almost closing time, he assisted with the steam service for my baseball glove, allowing me to take it home the same day instead of making another trip the next day. The shopping environment is clean and tidy, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.

Bought 2 bikes from Robert last night. Robert was very helpful & informative. He definitely knows bikes & will make sure you get in the one fit for you. He did a very thorough look over to make sure our bikes were safe for us to take home. If you need a bike, go see Robert.

If I could give a negative star I would. I pushed the help button at the shoe department a kid comes out and looks at me standing next to the need help button but decided to help the white couple first and then moved on to another white couple. I stood there pushing the help button and he would just look at me and turn away. I guess my brown Mexican skin was to dark to get any help.

Honor your open/close times. I'm literally here outside 10 minutes before the store is to close. Some of us work long hours and can't make it through the day. I drove 25 minutes here ONLY for the front door to be closed and it is 8:50pm. Such a shame, I needed an item that I can't get through the week!

I usually love DSG but my recent experience this week both in-store and online has left me pretty disappointed. First, I purchased baseball pants online for pickup at the store (also using my $20 rewards) but my son informed I got the wrong size. We went to the store to pick out the correct size (same exact pants, same color just a size smaller). I went to pick up the online order to conduct an exchange but was told they cannot do a straight exchange for online orders. They proceeded to cancel my online order and told me I had to do a separate purchase of the replacement pants. Normally this is fine but I was also told they could not use the rewards certificate as that was used on the online order and will get credited back in a few business days. They admitted this is just a hassle with online ordering and they have no control over it. So I ended basically losing my rewards certificate as I do not anticipate any future purchases at this time and they expire within a month. Next, I had ordered shoes for our son online which had to get shipped as they were not available locally. It took a while for them to arrive and when they did we opened the box to discover that DSG left the Sensormatic tag on the shoe (see photo). So our son cannot wear the shoes until we find time to go to a store to see if they can remove the security tag. Whoever is working at the DSG store shipping these shoes out must really hate their job. These events happened within a day together so my feeling about DSG is not so great and I think once service deteriorates, it signals the start of a downfall, especially for brick and mortar stores.

I've been in this DICKS on 3 separate occasions looking for gym shoes. And every time I try to ask an associate for a size I am either ignored or forgotten about. That department of the store seems the least busy so I never saw the reason for the lack of help.

I went with my dad to get a nice, quality bike for school since my old one became faulty. Since getting the bike, I've been able to ride all over campus with ease thanks to Robert! He helped us select a good bike, gave me lots of tips, and he is very attentive to detail! Very thankful.

Purchase your goods at Bass Pro shop on Almaden expressway, they can’t accept returns regardless if you show them your phone account with the online order. Cashiers are clueless and try to push in-store credit instead of cashback!
