“I like JcPenney. I usually find what I'm looking for. My recent visit was a bit concerning because of the stores appearance. The fitting rooms are dirty, and they removed the benches/chairs. There is no spot to set your personal belongings. The hooks are broken, and some of the locks on the doors don't work.”

“I always like to go to the variety, but a few days ago I was looking at the clothes and I think one of the employees was putting things away and she looked at me very angry. I felt bad because I apologized if I touched something and that it wasn't for sale, but it's not right to look that ugly. To the clients, she is young but I don't think she likes her job. For the rest, the cashiers are very friendly.”

“The supermarket is very large and has a lot of products and items. The space is very clean, cool and pleasant. Product prices are also relatively cheap compared to the market. There are many types of products here in different categories, especially food products, which are many and very rich. There is also a functional pharmacy inside that sells all kinds of nutritious medicines for the body.”

“I love shopping at Target, especially after Halloween when they have amazing deals. I always scan the items to make sure they are really discounted. I got some stuff for 90% off! This store is not the best though. The front part is messy and crowded, but it gets better as you go further in. The weirdest thing I saw was that they had locked up the men's clothing, but not the alcohol. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone steal a shirt or a pair of socks? I wish this Target had more stuff in stock too. Sometimes I can't find what I need.”
“Target has never been known for its speedy customer service, especially on weekends. Coleman Ave Target has done a few things to improve this. Self check out is 10 items or less, and there are 3 x the cashiers working on registers. Even though this target is literally 3 corners from my home, I drove to Santa Clara for months, because their store was clean in front, and the employees were attentive. Today there was an exceptional young man named Sage who was working in the return area. He was kind, very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was curious why I didn't receive my $10.00 off of health and beauty products. I spent more than $40 on them. Apparently there are only certain health and beauty items that count towards the $40, and out of 14,347 items that count, some of the things I purchased did not. Can you believe Kleenex doesn't count? Not the ones I bought, whatever Ugh, it was a process to say the least to figure out. I'm pretty sure Sage knew what the issue was, but he showed me, item by item, in order to help me understand. He was very patient and kept a smile on his face throughout. I love Target and have been a customer since it opened on Hillside Ave more than 30 years ago. Today, on a busy Sunday morning, I felt encouraged, rather than just a body in a long, long line of bodies. Thanks to Sage. 5 stars for Sage!!”
