Great value for the dollar, if you are looking for 1-2 steps above the cheapest grades. I used Demetra for bathroom cabinets in 2022, then later when it came time for a kitchen remodel, I switched to Ronbow. I regret that, I should have stayed with Demetra - their assembly quality is better, there were zero mistakes, and their customer service and communications (on the part of all staff, from sales/design to post-sale service) was significantly better. And the pricing is comparable, although at the lower price levels Demetra had more options.

We purchased a set of showroom display they want to replace. The sales person was very nice. They gave us the small parts for free. We had a very good deal. Check it out their showroom first if you need.

We placed an order on August 10th, and the sales representative said that the delivery time is usually 6-8 weeks, but they could expedite it to 6 weeks. However, I received an email from production saying that the delivery time is 10 weeks. I have been trying to reach customer service, but they are not answering my calls. Our project is getting delayed because of this, and I also emailed Zoe, but no response. I would really appreciate it if you could expedite and deliver the order sooner. Thank you!

Their cabinet is absolutely garbage, very poor quality and extremely terrible customer service. Don’t worth the money you pay, please stay away.

My 3 star review is the average between 5 star quality cabinets and 1 star customer service. It was not clear to us, although perhaps it should have been, that the vanities do not come assembled. Reccognize that you either need a contractor to install your cabinets or a tablesaw and the skill to cut and assemble your cabinets. 1 star Customer Service - Demetra required full payment before ordering our vanity facings. Ok, no problem. After finalizing the dimensions of the vanity, we replied to the request to confirm our order with an email. After the five week turnaround time for the order, we called to see if the vanity would be ready for pick up on time. We were told we had not confirmed, so they had not ordered the vanity. The blame for the error was thrown totally on us. We checked our email and YES we had confirmed. Shame on us for not double checking, but if a company already has your money and is awaiting a final confirmation, even a mediocre company would check back if they had not heard from you in a short period of time and they would most certainly not with attitude blame the customer for the delay. IF YOU CONFIRM AN ORDER WITH DEMETRA, BE SURE YOU GET A REPLY THAT YOUR CONFIRMATION WAS RECEIVED. Our order was then available for pickup in three weeks, but the pulls (handles) we ordered were not there. They had forgotten to order them. I give them an A on quality and an F on customer service.

Demetra's cabinet quality is one of the best around here in the Bay Area. Kevin, MT and Sneha helped us through the design and answered all the questions. Their timeline for delivery is very reasonable. Premium quality, well design cabinets at fair price. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very willing and helpful factory people as well.

The designers are hit or miss (we started with a great one, then she left and we were assigned another one who did not provide much in terms of advice). The service was great though - I had issues with a few pieces and they kept in touch with me until it was replaced at their cost.Services: Custom cabinet design & installation

This is always the place we go to for cabinets, we have been using them since 2013, and they are always so reliable. Kevin who has been helping us all this year give us excellent support and ideas, we would highly recommend this store to any friends who are looking into renovate their home.

It has been more than twenty days after reaching out to the support team regarding one defective door we had. After back and forth more than 12 emails with multiple video and pictures provided per their request since Sept. 9, we are still waiting for solution as of today, Sept. 29. We are so confused why to have the technician "on-site" (per email) would be the key to solve the problem after all the information provided and 2 years of pandemic. Or do you mean to come to our house? In fact, we already had terrible experiences during the design and purchase process at very beginning, but due to our limited window of time and the particular size of the double oven cabinet we were looking for, we still put our trust in their hands. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare to deal with the sales, Shirley, and her manager, Mengting (MT) Chen. During the whole process even after we received the products, it was a very unpleasant and annoying experience until Ulises stepped in in the mid of July. We had been with the sales with the great patience since we noticed that she was a newly hired part-time, but her manager was a total failure to perform her job and responsibility in term of review and approve the poor paperwork that her staff had done. She did not know how to pay respect to the customers either. Basically, she told us all kind of %$%^ excuses to cover herself and her staff's mistakes and treat us like idiots, some are listed below: 1. After we signed initial contract and paid 50% of down payment, we were told the products we picked from their showroom were already discontinued. -What a joke. 2. After we provided all the appliances model numbers and sizes, plus video and pictures, they still wanted to be on-site for the measurement. During the visit, manager told us it was their courtesy to be on-site and we would still need to confirm all the size of the cabinet with our contractor - Seriously, after 50% down payment, multiple revisions, and already confirmed with our contractor, who know your products the best? 3. After we pushed them to finalize the contract before the sales was on vacation, we got a call and were told the back of the panel color is still pending. We reviewed and signed the final contract at midnight. Later, we found it still contains mistakes, e.g. the 24 inch cabinet was shown as 30 inch on other page., a lot of the reference numbers were no shown - What a shame! 4. After we received the cabinets and reported the dented panel and bubble we found to the sales and manager, the sales totally ignored our message. And again, the manager, MT, was so bureaucracy and rude, kept pulling the image of the contract with our signatures and the highlighted terms to remind us what we had signed. The joke is we really could not find the term that literally mentions as she wrote "dent" and scratch is not defective products in the contract. We asked her to provide the abstract or snip from the local industry standard policy as she mentioned "general industry standard" rather than her own language, she was unable to provide. A picture is worth a thousand words. Attached is one of the communicaiton with the sale manager, which her writing is in black and our replies started with [Client] and in purple. We would still like to thank two individuals, one is Kevin, without him, it could be more troublesome during the installation and result more delay if we did not order the parts that he recommended. The other person is Ulises from support Team. His quick turn around really made positive direction and earned 1 star review, otherwise, this review would be posted 2 months earlier.
