I was looking for some used furniture for my makeup studio and I went onto Google to find a local company. I wanted a San Jose based company that offered good pricing. I found this company Deco Designs Systems Furniture and I contacted them. The owner, Mark McMasters took me to his warehouse to see his used furniture. Mark had desks, chairs, file cabinets, etc., in fact, everything you would need for your office. I was very happy with the furniture and the pricing. He made me a great deal. So if you are looking for someone local, I recommend Mark McMasters, owner of Deco Designs.

I don't know who these other reviewers dealt with but this company created the absolute worst office remodel experience for us. We planned to remodel one tiny office with a custom work space that would fit in the room. They came out and had many ideas on how to work within the space. This was over a year ago (last March). Once we came up with a plan, we waited and waited for the quote and installation plan. It finally came back reasonably priced so we made the 50% down payment. I sent many emails and left many messages over the summer inquiring on the status and responding to questions on color schemes etc... all of this took months for one tiny desk. They kept telling us that it was custom and would take time. (6+ months?!) Finally I was able to get them to come out in December after threatening to take them to court for our money back unless the install was done within the week. Magically, the materials appeared and they came out to install. The installer brought the incorrect plans, and ended up cutting our custom material to match the plans he had. Once he finished, it was apparent that the desk was not to spec on what we ordered. They tried to talk us into piecing together the cut desk parts which would cause the table top to have many seams on the work space. We decided that this was not an acceptable solution. Additionally, they were supposed to order a custom printer cart that could roll under the desk. Instead they brought us a "custom" cabinet that looked like a bookshelf from IKEA and wanted us to pay over $600 for it. The "custom" cabinet was too tall to fit under the desk that they installed... How is this custom???? Finally in March, after another custom material excuse and us threatening small claims... they came back out to fix the issue. They installed a new piece to the desk, but it's still not to spec. The stand alone cabinets and shelves that we ordered do not match the desk top, even though we were assured that they would match when we ordered them. So here we are in April. 1 year and 1 month later with a half finished office and mis-matched furniture. What a waste of time and money. I don't know how they stay in business.

I was looking for a sit/stand desk for my office but needed it to match with the other furniture that I already had. Mark came into my office and was able to find one for me that matches perfectly. It looks like it was part of the original set. I was truly amazed. I ended up getting a side table that raises up and down and I have it next to my desk. This gave me a lot more work space and the flexibility to sit or stand. I love it! Mark has the expertise and connections to find a solution for any work space. I highly recommend Deco Designs!

Mark and his crew worked with us when we moved our offices. They were able to provide us with excellent efficient service. We moved our current furniture and Mark was able to reconfigure everything to make it work out very well for us- they worked with our movers to get the furniture/cubicles apart very efficiently and then were there the day the movers moved them and were able to get them back together in a short period of time. They also provided several other pieces including comfortable office chairs.

Mark McMasters has any furniture your business could need. He has an incredible stock to choose from. If for some reason he doesn't have it he find it quickly. He understands the business and how to provide great customer service. He can design and install the right set up for your office space and your needs.
