By far one of the worst experiences I've had. Took my ring that was purchased at that same store to get resized, 2 weeks go by and when I went to go pick it up the ring was still the same size it was originally. It was never resized and they never called to let me know what the next step was even though I asked. I ended up picking up the ring and taking it somewhere else. And they wanted me to pay $60 for this service... just go somewhere else it will save you the hassle and frustration.

Stopped by Daniels jewelers and had the pleasure of meeting giselle. Very nice and kind and showed me different options that worked best for me. Picked up a nice starter bracelet and definitely will be coming back to upgrade. Also was helped by another lady but didn't catch her name but both had excellent customer service. 5 stars for sure.

We went late January and Maricella was fantastic! We went in for watches and she took the time to adjust it for us to it will fit perfectly! And honestly took the time to explain to us all the different types of watches there was in store and mentioned they also have a book that you could pick from since there isn't many selections in stores due to the store being small. Overall good customer service and will be back soon!

My fiancée came in today and we felt extremely pressured. Every time we tried to leave they kept trying to show us more expensive rings. I’m a nurse. I’m sorry that I can’t spend $5,000 on a ring. Horrible business model for the way you make people feel and how you operate. My credit was pulled multiple times when I was under the impression we were only pulling only credit file. This place uses pressure tactics, upcoming holidays and tries to make you feel small when you don’t spend big money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We were helped by both the manager and the general manager. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I’m contacting the mall and corporate regarding the unprofessional conduct.

What kind of a store only allows an exchange for anything you purchase in cash, in full? I paid over $500 for a set of ear rings for my wife for Christmas. They wanted to sell them to me for $900 when I said you got to be crazy, the sales woman said, ok. What would you pay for them, in cash, in full, today. So I said $500 and they took it. When my wife said she didn't like them we went to return them. They told me that since the gave me a deal, I would have to exchange them for a equal or greater value item. No Refunds. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT? I will definitely be talking to our family lawyer in the morning. Stay away from these crooks at the Oakridge Mall in San Jose, Ca.

Today I purchased 2 beautiful Watches from here Daniels Jewelers. A beautiful young woman named Angelique got my attention to come in the store and was more than happy to show me around and helped me try on some watches and helped me choose the 2 beautiful watches I purchased and helped me open credit. My watches weren't as beautiful as Angelique but still very nice. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the watches they sell and how she fixed my watches to size them for my wrist. She was very professional and patient with me. I will be going back in due time for special occasions to buy as long as Angelique will help me.

So glad the malls are finally open because we were able to walk out with a brand new upgrade for my wedding ring. Working with Zartaj and her team was swift and easy. From browsing for rings (beautiful selections) to picking and finally choosing, the process was ultimately smooth with her knowledge and assistance. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. A year ago, I had my watch stolen. I finally decided it was time to get a new one. I thought browsing would be more difficult because of COVID-19, but Daniel's Jewelers made it a great experience. Angelique was set to work with me and I never doubted that she had my best interest in mind for a second. She was extremely knowledgeable on the different types of watches/jewelry, the store discounts and available gifts. I told her I might be later interested in pearl necklaces and she was able to give me a full detailed description on what cultured pearls are and how they're priced! It definitely convinced me to come back and take a look at more. Her intelligence in jewelry along with her knowledge of her own store, led me to believe she was a manager at the very least. Fantastic employee and process set up by Daniel's. I will definitely be returning to buy my jewelry in the future.Side note: The watch has gotten me compliments almost every day I've worn it! So I haven't been let down even after leaving the store
