  Sent a package back in May 2023 and now is September 2023 already, still hasn’t arrive. Call the boss, she guarantee will arrive soon then postpone everytime when I call her. Until now when I try to call her she doesn’t answer answer the phone call. She refuse to respond and this is not the first time this happen, after the incident, I asked many people and what I heard was a lot of terrible experiences happen of people that used to come here. If you still want to do business, you need to be responsible to what you are doing! Once you lost the trust of customers, I believe your business will soon end up like your working’s manner. Be responsible and do what you have to do as you think that you will continue run the business!

  I have this company sent a package for me in 5/22/23 but up to now (3 moths). the package still now arrived yet. when I called to f/u on this the owner of the shop's phone attitude is very rude. she screamed & hang up phone on me every single time. She refused to pay back the price of the goods in current market value & ask for the receive. I said that is not fair to pay me back by the receive. cause I might not able to buy back the same products with that price anymore.
