Pretty stupid how there's ALWAYS only one person in the mornings. And its always the same rude old cashier who lies about having a coupon in ur account that she "found". Also your pharmacy never helps customers they are way less on hand than other cvs pharmacys ive been too. They always have me wait for some other worker to help me. Things would run much smoother if they knew their way around the counter

Just a miserable experience with the lady in check out. Came to pick up photos and she could not find them which is fine but she started blaming the entire Universe… the hiring has been dismal and the staff is pathetic.

I’ve had a few poor experiences at this location over the years and I just wouldn’t recommend it. Employees are not professional, not properly trained, nor really willing to help. The passport photos I took there were blurry and not worth the money. Also faced some passive aggressive, patronizing behavior from one of the employees. I hope they improve their customer service so others don’t have to go through that. I think I’ve given the place enough chances but I’m done now. Won’t be retuning.

WARNING: This is my neighborhood pharmacy. It used to be well run. Now every time I go in there to pick up a prescription it's a new problem. They've lost the credit card my wife and I keep on file in the system and it takes 15 minutes to sort things out. Or they ring up the order incorrectly and it needs to be redone. Or they substitute a much harsher, older, cheaper medication for colonoscopy prep for the one my doctor prescribed--without telling me--simply because they don't have the right one in stock and they'd have to request it from another store, which they used to do but don't anymore. My wife filled my, antihistamine nose spray Rx for me this afternoon, and when I open the bag tonight, it was soaking wet. The pharmacist or tech had not bothered to screw the top of the spray bottle on correctly, and half of it leaked away. THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW. There's no quality control. Lines and wait times are longer. They don't have standard immunizations in stock for cold and flu season. It's a further drive for me to use the CVS on White and Quimby, but at this point, I am obliged to make the switch. This pharmacy should be shuttered.

Beware if you are going to stand in the Pharmacy pick up line.... Do not bring your kids. The pharmacy pick up line stocks & displays personal intimacy products - Condoms, lubricants, etc. Tried to contact manager to see if he/ she maybe able to help. manager is never available at store to talk

Went in to buy some dental floss. They didn’t have the unwaxed kind of a certain brand I was looking for. Instead, I bought the waxed version. Products we’re easy to locate and checkout was smooth and quick.

- low staff- standard cvsStandard CVS. Main problem is lack of staff during regular hours. Defiantly nice to have a local cvs though.

I've been here many times and every single time I have my Dr. send over a Rx, I'll call various times throughout the day to make sure they've received it. Well, every time I call no one ever picks up. I've called 5 times and no pickup. When I arrive (and this also has happened every single time), the Pharmacist tells me it will be 30 mins to an hour to fill the Rx. I don't understand how this continues to happen. Suggestion is to pick up the phone so we can drive over when we know our Rx is ready.
