All CVS in general are just awful - hence why so many of the CVS locations are shutting down this year. Everytime I try to reorder my medication (its a sleep medicine thats VERY popular), they never have it in stock and then make me wait weeks to get more. This little game happens monthly, so what I did was transfer the prescription over to Walgreens and whiola! No issues at all, they have my medicine in stock each every time...And there is no "shortage" as CVS says there is. Basically what happens is this, CVS is too cheap to keep medicines on demand, so they just order small amounts when they need them. Stupid business model, I will never return to CVS ever again. These people are terrible!

This CVS is in the Luckys plaza, parking is easy to find. The pharmacy here sometimes can get busy during rush hour, so expect to wait a bit in line. You can get flu shot here, but I find to be busy even with appointment. I'm not sure if you can drop in for vaccines or not. However the pharmacy is nice and professional.

No improvements to this store location. I went into the store about 30 mins from when it was closing. I grabbed my tea tree oil and tatto eye linear quickly. I was happy to know both items were in stock.

They don’t know their own policies.Left and went to another CVS. I know you can’t trust this pharmacy but this one specifically blamed a visiting pharmacist for doing the right thing.Disgusting.They even made me talk loudly from the counter to the back where they were about my medications while they had a long line.0% discretion.

The only thing about CVS they didn’t have Lactaid milk, 2%. Nothing nothing at all.The front checker. She was great in the morning time. She’s awesome..on the afternoon, you have lots of youngsters, non-professional skills.

The worst pharmacy ever! The female pharmacy technician had the worst customer service skills. Not a very good role model for CVS. She was rude and so very slow. No sense of urgency at all. I would recommend additional training.

We made an appointment for our flu shots. When we arrived, they said they do not accept Kaiser insurance and would have to charge us. It would have been nice if they had specified that on their appointment site so we are informed in advance.

This is regards to the pharmacy. I went there today, 8/28 around 3pm. The person who works the pickup lane is one of the rudest customer service associates possible. Her tone is incredibly bad. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I hadn't seen customer service that poor in a long time. It's impossible to ask questions. She just belittles you. I asked 2 questions and both times, she just gave short, rude answers in a terrible tone.

Review is for the Pharmacy. The pharmacist there today is just unpleasant to interact with and not very helpful. The checker and courtesy clerk were the exact opposite - very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
